N2  - The aim of this work was to develop different analytical methods which are characterized by simplicity, sensitivity, accuracy and appropriate degree of greenness. The studied compounds are determined in their pure powder form, pharmaceutical dosage form and/or biological matrices. The thesis is divided into six chapters in addition to list of references and a summary in both English and Arabic. The six chapters are:
Chapter I: General Introduction and Literature Review
Chapter II: Smart Chemometrics- Assisted Spectrophotometric Methods for Efficient Resolution and Simultaneous Determination of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Drotaverine HCl along with Three of their Corresponding Related Impurities
Chapter III: A Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography Method for Simultaneous Determination of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Drotaverine HCl and their Related Impurities with Dissolution Profiling of their Tablets and Greenness Profile Assessment
Chapter IV: Eco-friendly HPTLC Determination of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Drotaverine HCl and Two of their Official Impurities; Application to Assay and Content Uniformity Testing of Tablet Dosage Form
Chapter V: Electrochemical Sensor Doped with Core-Shell Structured Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Proposed for Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Trazodone Hydrochloride

; تتناول هذه الرسالة دراسة تحليلية لبعض المواد الفعالة سواء منفردة أو في مخاليط في وجود بعض شوائبها.
تنقسم هذه الرسالة إلى ستة فصول، يحتوي أولها على مقدمة عامة عن الشوائب وأنواعها ومصادرها كما أنها  تستعرض الطرائق المرجعية السابقة ثم يليها أربعة فصول تتضمن طرائق تحليلية جديدة تتميز بالبساطة والدقة ودرجة الحساسية  المناسبة في التحليل الكمي للمركبات الدوائية في وجود الشوائب ثم يأتي الفصل الأخير الذي يحتوي علي خلاصة عامة للطرائق المستخدمة لتعيين المواد تحت الدراسة وتنتهي الرسالة بملخص باللغة العربية.

الفصل الثاني: طرائق كيمومترية طيفية ذكية للتعيين المتزامن عالي الدقة للباراسيتامول والكافيين و هيدروكلوريد الدروتافيرين بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة من شوائبهم ذات الصلة 
الفصل الثالث: كروماتوجرافيا السائل ذات الأداء العالي للتعيين المتزامن للباراسيتامول و الكافيين و هيدروكلوريد الدروتافيرين و شوائبهم ذات الصلة بالإضافة إلي  تحديد معدل الذوبان لأقراصهم و    تقييم نمط الإخضرار
الفصل الرابع : طريقة صديقة للبيئة بإستخدام كروماتوجرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة ذات الأداء العالي لتعيين الباراسيتامول والكافيين و هيدروكلوريد الدروتافيرين و إثنين من شوائبهم الدستورية: تطبيق علي الأقراص وإختبار توحيد المحتوي  
الفصل الخامس: إنشاء مستشعر كهروكيميائي مشبع ببوليمر ذو غلاف مركزي مطبوع جزيئيًا لمراقبة الدواء العلاجية لهيدروكلوريد الترازودون 
الفصل السادس: إستنتاج عام
