<br/><br/> تعتبر دراسة انظمة التهوية حاسمة في التخفيف من حدة العدوى المحمولة جواً في أماكن  تقديم الرعاية الصحية، ومنع انتشار الأمراض المعدية، ، ويهتم البحث بدراسة انظمة التهوية بمستفشيات الصدر فى مصر ، حيث تعانى المستشفيات فى مصر خاصة الحكومية من انخفاض الموارد المادية  والتى تؤثر بطريقة مباشرة على الخدمات الطبية المقدمة وعلى التحكم فى انتقال العدوى بداخلها ، ويهدف البحث الى الوصول لتصميم نظام تهوية بالمستشفيات بحيث يساعد على منع انتقال العدوى بداخلها، وذلك من خلال عمل منهجية لتصميم انظمة التهوية فى مستشفيات الصدر من خلال  اربع محاور هما : دراسة المتغييرات المعمارية ، ثم محاولة دمج التهوية الطبيعية والميكانيكية ، واستخدام التهوية الحرارية الارضية و المدخنة الشمسية وقياس تاثير ذلك على معدلات العدوى وانتشارها داخل المستشفيات   Studying ventilation systems is crucial in reducing the transmission of airborne infections in healthcare facilities and preventing the spread of infectious diseases. Research focuses on studying ventilation systems in chest hospitals in Egypt, as these hospitals, especially government ones, suffer from a lack of financial resources, which directly impacts the quality of medical services provided and the control of infection transmission within them. The aim of the research is to develop a ventilation system design for hospitals that helps prevent the spread of infections within their premises. This is achieved through the implementation of a methodology for designing ventilation systems in chest hospitals, based on four main axes: studying architectural variables, attempting to integrate natural and mechanical ventilation, utilizing geothermal and solar chimney ventilation techniques, and measuring their impact on infection rates and spread within the hospitals.
