N2  - This study seeks to explore the design of the Outdoor Learning Environment as a teaching tool for integrating ESD in both Formal and Informal Education. The research hypothesizes that adopting the Whole-Institution Approach, which considers the relationship between the Learning Environment, Learning Content, and the participation of all stakeholders, can effectively facilitate the achievement of learning outcomes of Education for sustainable development. To achieve this aim, the study relies on several experiments that were implemented in the real-life context that aim to address the built environment as a teaching tool based on a proposed theoretical framework. 

; تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف طريقة تصميم بيئة التعلُم الخارجية كأداة تعليمية لدمج التعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة في كلاً من التعليم الرسمي وغير الرسمي. تفترض هذه الدراسة أن تبني نهج المؤسسة الشاملة، الذي يأخذ في الاعتبار العلاقة بين بيئة التعلم ومحتوى التعلم ومشاركة جميع أصحاب المصلحة، قد يساعد على تحقيق نتائج التعلُم للتعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة بشكل فعَال. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تعتمد الدراسة على العديد من التجارب التي تم تنفيذها في سياق الواقع المحلى والتي تهدف إلى معالجة البيئة المبنية كأداة تعليمية بناءً على إطار نظري مقترح.
