<br/><br/> هدف البحث الحالي الى الكشف عن فاعلية برنـــــامج قـــــائم على أنشطـــة اللعب في خفض حــــدة الاضطراب المشترك لدى الأطفـــــال المتلعثميــــن في مرحلـــة الطفـــولــة المبكــــرة، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، وتكونت عينــــــة البحث الحالي من( 10) عشرة اطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من الأطفال المتلعثمين، وامهاتهم، والذين تراوحت اعمارهم الزمنية بين (5,5: 7) سنوات، والمترددين على عيادات التخاطب بعيادات البداية الطبية بولاق محافظة الجيزة، حيث تمثلت ادوات البحث الحالي في: اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة الملونة لقياس الذكاء لجون رافن (إعداد: تعديل وتقنين/ عماد أحمد حسن علي، 2016)، مقياس شدة التلعثم (نهلة الرفاعي,2001)، ومقياس الاضطراب المشترك ( صورة الام| صورة الطفل)، (اعداد الباحث)، وبرنامج قائم على أنشطة اللعب (اعداد الباحث)، حيث كشفت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية استخدام فاعلية برنـــــامج قـــــائم على أنشطـــة اللعب في خفض حــــدة الاضطراب المشترك لدى الأطفـــــال المتلعثميــــن في مرحلـــة الطفـــولــة المبكــــرة.  The aim of the current research is to reveal the effectiveness of a program based on play activities in reducing the severity of the shared disorder among children who stutter in early childhood, The current research used the quasi-experimental approach with one group, and the sample of the current research consisted of (10) ten children in early childhood from Stuttering children and their mothers, whose chronological ages ranged between (5.5 and 7) years, and who attended the speech clinics at Al-Bedaya Medical Clinics in Bulaq, Giza Governorate, where the tools of the current research were: the colored progressive matrices test to measure intelligence by John Raven (prepared by: modified and codified / Emad Ahmed Hassan Ali, 2016), the Stuttering Severity Scale (Nahla Al-Rifai, 2001), the shared disorder Scale (child version - mother's version), (prepared by the researcher), and a program based on play activities (prepared by the researcher), where the results of the research revealed... The effectiveness of using a program based on play activities in reducing the severity of the shared disorder among stuttering children in early childhood
