<br/><br/> تبدو أهمية عيب الانحراف في استعمال السلطة في كونه من العيوب الخفية المستترة التي تتستر عليها الإدارة بخلاف بقية العيوب الأخرى. بالإضافة إلى أن عيب الانحراف في استعمال السلطة من العيوب التي يصعب اثباتها، نظرا لارتباطه بنوايا صاحب القرار والذي يصعب الكشف عنه. لذلك كان إثبات هذا العيب أمرا عسيرا. حاول القضاء الإداري احتواء عيب انحراف الإدارة في استعمال السلطة باعتباره عيب يشكل خطورة بالغة على المستوى القانوني من خلال الكشف عن حالاته والوسائل المباشرة و الوسائل غير المباشرة المعتمد عليها في عملية الاثبات  The importance of misuse of power appears to be that it is one of the hidden defects that the administration conceals, unlike other defects. Moreover, the misuse of power defect is one of the defects that are difficult to prove, due to its link with the intentions of the decision-maker (the agent of the administration). The administrative judicial system has tried to contain the misuse of power defect of the administration as a defect that presents a serious legal danger by revealing its cases and the direct and indirect means used in the proof process.
