N2  - هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم "أثر تطبيق مبادئ دعم النزاهة على نجاح المشروعات" (دراسة حالة لشركة مياه الشرب بالقاهرة الكبرى). ولتحقيق ذلك تم إجراء التقييم والمقارنة (المعيارية) على مستوى الدراسة الميدانية لعينة من العاملين بشركة مياه الشرب بالقاهرة الكبرى، حيث تم تصميم استبانة لها وقياس صدقها. وقد تم توزيعها من خلال دراسة ميدانية، وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة، واختبار فرضياتها الرئيسية والفرعية، والتوصل إلى النتائج التالية:1. نتائج اختبارات الثبات والصدق لأبعاد مبادئ دعم النزاهة. تراوحت قيم معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ بين 0.907 و0.950، وتراوحت قيم معاملات الثبات المركبة بين 0.931 و0.958، وتراوح متوسط التباين الموضح بين 0.721 و0.743 وكانت جميعها أكبر من 50%، بينما قيم الثبات معاملات أبعاد نجاح المشروع. وتراوحت قيم معامل موثوقية ألفا كرونباخ بين 0.874 و0.942، وتراوحت قيم معاملات الموثوقية المركبة بين 0.909 و0.956، وتراوح متوسط التباين الموضح بين 0.669 و0.812. ولذلك يمكن أخذ هذه الآراء بعين الاعتبار وبناءً على الآراء التي يتم الحصول عليها من نتائج الاختبارات. 2. أظهرت نتائج تقييم العاملين بشركة مياه الشرب بالقاهرة الكبرى لمتغيري الدراسة مدى وعيهم بكل من المتغير المستقل (مبادئ دعم النزاهة) وأبعاده الثلاثة (الشفافية، المشاركة، المساءلة) والمتغير التابع (نجاح المشروع) وأبعاده الثلاثة (التخطيط، التنفيذ والمتابعة، الجودة). وهي قيم عالية في المجتمع وتميل إلى الموافقة عليها بشدة 3. نتائج اختبار الفرضية الرئيسية الأولى وفرضياتها الفرعية الثلاثة باستخدام طريقة نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية (SEM) أثبتت صدق النموذج للفرضية الرئيسية الأولى بوجود تأثير معنوي بين مبادئ دعم النزاهة بأبعادها الثلاثة (الشفافية، المشاركة، المساءلة) ونجاح المشروعات بشركة مياه الشرب بالقاهرة الكبرى، وثبت صحة فرضياتها الفرعية الثلاثة . 4. أثبتت نتائج اختبارات الفرضية الرئيسية الثانية صحتها ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الخصائص الديموجرافية (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الوظيفة، سنوات الخبرة). 5. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الباحثة بأن بعض العبارات في كل من المتغير المستقل (مبادئ دعم النزاهة) وأبعاده الثلاثة (الشفافية، المشاركة، المساءلة) والمتغير التابع (نجاح المشروع) وأبعاده الثلاثة  (التخطيط، التنفيذ، المتابعة، الجودة) حصلت علي أدني القيم من المتوسط الحسابي، ومن ثم يجب على إدارة شركة مياه الشرب بالقاهرة الكبرى مناقشة توصيات الباحثة من خلال خطة عمل تتم دراستها وتنفيذها من قبل الشركة; The study aimed to evaluate “the impact of applying principles of integrity support on the success of projects” (a case study of the Greater Cairo Drinking Water Company). To achieve this, evaluation and comparison (benchmarking) was conducted at the field study level for a sample of employees of the Greater Cairo Drinking Water Company, for which a questionnaire was designed and its validity was measured. It was distributed through a field study, evaluating the study’s variables, testing its main and sub-hypotheses, and concluding the following results: 1. Results of reliability and validity tests for the dimensions of the integrity support principles. The values of the Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient ranged between 0.907 and 0.950, the values of the composite reliability coefficients ranged between 0.931 and 0.958, and the average explained variance ranged between 0.721 and 0.743 and were all greater than 50%, while the values of Reliability coefficients for the dimensions of project success. The values of the Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient ranged between 0.874 and 0.942, the values of the composite reliability coefficients ranged between 0.909 and 0.956, and the average variance explained ranged between 0.669 and 0.812. Therefore, these opinions can be taken into account and based on the opinions obtained from Results for tests.
2. The results of the Greater Cairo Drinking Water Company’s employees’ evaluation of the two variables of the study demonstrated that their awareness of both the independent variable (principles of supporting integrity) and its three dimensions (transparency, participation, accountability) and the dependent variable (project success) and its three dimensions (planning, implementation and follow-up, quality). These are high values in population that tend to be strongly approved
3. Results of testing the first main hypothesis and its three sub-hypotheses using the structural equation modeling method (SEM) and evaluating the model with a number of criteria for judging the quality of the model and relying on it, which proved the validity of the first main hypothesis with the presence of a significant effect between the principles of integrity support and its three dimensions (transparency, participation, accountability) and the success of projects at the Greater Cairo Drinking Water Company, and its three sub-hypotheses were proven correct. 4. The results of the tests of the second main hypothesis proved its validity and the presence of significant differences in demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational qualification, job, years of experience). In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends that some statements in both the independent variable (principles of supporting integrity) and its three dimensions (transparency, participation, accountability) and the dependent variable (project success) and its three dimensions (planning, implementation and follow-up, quality) have obtained the lowest values, and then the management of the Greater Cairo Drinking Water Company must discuss the researcher’s recommendations through an Action Plan that is studied and implemented by the company
