N2  - احتوت الدراسة على خمسة فصول تسبقها مقدمة وتعقبها خاتمة. وتشتمل المقدمة على المفاهيم الخاصة بموضوع الدراسة، ثم موقع منطقة الدراسة وتطورها، فضلاً عن مشكلة الدراسة وأهميتها وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، أهداف الدراسة وتساؤلاتها، ثم مناهج الدراسة وأساليبها، مصادر الدراسة، وأخيراً الدراسات السابقة. عرض الفصل الأول للتوزيع الجغرافي لشبكة الطرق البرية وتصنيفها بمدينة الجيزة، فى حين تناول الفصل الثانى لخصائص شبكة الطرق البرية بالمدينة، وتضمن الفصل الثالث للعوامل الجغرافية المؤثرة على شبكة الطرق بالمدينة، ويدرس الفصل الرابع التحليل المكانى والكمى لشبكة الطرق بالمدينة، بينما ناقش الفصل الخامس التحليل المكانى لمشكلات شبكة الطرق البرية بالمدينة وتقويمها ومستقبلها، وانتهت الدراسة بالخاتمة وما خلصت إليها من نتائج وتوصيات; The study consists of five chapters preceded by an introduction and foreword, and followed by a conclusion: The introduction includes the concepts related to the subject of the study, the location of the study area, the reasons for choosing the subject and its importance, the objectives and questions of the study, the study techniques and methods, the sources of the study, previous literature studies, and finally study difficulties. Chapter I presented the geographical distribution of the land road network and its classification in the city of Giza, followed by the characteristics of the city’s land road network in chapter II, while chapter III included the geographical factors affecting the city’s road network, and chapter IV dealt with the spatial and quantitative analysis of the city’s road network, and finally chapter V discusses the spatial analysis. The problems of the city’s land road network, its evaluation and future. The study is ended up with a conclusion implied some results and recommendations
