N2  - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف علي العلاقة بين التوافق المهني وبعض مشكلات معلمي الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع في معاهد الأمل، إلى جانب معرفة مستوى التوافق المهني لدى معلم الصم وضعاف السمع، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (136) معلماً ومعلمة ممن يعملون في معاهد الأمل بالمرحلة الإعدادية والثانوية، واستخدمت الباحثة أداتين وهما مقياس التوافق المهني (من إعداد الباحثة) المكون من خمسة أبعاد، واستبيان مشكلات معلم الصم وضعاف السمع (من إعداد الباحثة) المكون من خمسة أبعاد، وتوصلت نتيجة الدراسة إلى : توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين التوافق المهني ومشكلات معلمي الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع، وأن معلمي الصم وضعاف السمع يمتلكون مستوى متوسط من التوافق المهني، وجود مشكلات في تكييف المناهج للصم وضعاف السمع بدرجة كبيرة، وجود مشكلات في توظيف استراتيجيات التدريس مع الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع بدرجة متوسطة، وجود مشكلات في استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية والمساعدة مع الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع بدرجة متوسطة، وجود مشكلات في أساليب التواصل الفعال مع الطلاب بدرجة متوسطة، وجود مشكلات في تخطيط وتنفيذ البرامج التربوية الفردية بدرجة متوسطة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعداد مناهج مخصصة للطلاب المعاقين سمعيًا أو إجراء التعديلات المناسبة لخصائصهم، ويضعها متخصصون في مجال الإعاقة السمعية، وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة في خدمة المعاق سمعيًا مثل الحاسوب والأجهزة السمعية وتقنية الواقع المعزز، وعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين في كل منطقة تعليمية وإشراك أولياء الأمور فيها لتوضيح الأهداف العامة للمنهاج; The study aimed to identify the relationship between professional compatibility and the various issues faced by teachers of deaf and hard-of-hearing students at Al Amal Institutes, as well as to assess the level of professional compatibility among these teachers. A descriptive correlational approach was employed, and the study sample comprised 136 male and female teachers working at Al Amal Institutes at the middle and high school levels. The researcher utilized two tools: the Professional Adjustment Scale (developed by the researcher), consisting of five dimensions, and the Questionnaire of Problems Faced by Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (also developed by the researcher), which includes five dimensions. and the Questionnaire of the Problems of Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (prepared by the researcher) consisting of five dimensions, The results of the study found that there is an inverse correlation between professional compatibility and the problems of teachers of deaf and hard of hearing students, and that teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing have an average level of professional compatibility, the presence of problems in adapting curricula for the deaf and hard of hearing to a large extent, and the presence of problems in employing teaching strategies with deaf students. And the hearing impaired to a moderate degree, and there are problems in using educational and assistive technology with deaf and hearing  impaired students to a moderate degree, There are problems in using educational technology and assistance with deaf and hard of hearing students to a moderate degree. There are problems in effective communication methods with students to a moderate degree. There are problems in planning and implementing individual educational programs to a moderate degree. The study recommended the necessity of preparing curricula specifically for hearing-impaired students or making appropriate modifications. They are developed by specialists in the field of hearing disability, employing modern technologies to serve the hearing-impaired, such as computers, audio devices, and augmented reality technology, and holding training courses for teachers in every educational district and involving parents in them to clarify the general objectives of the curriculum
