تهدف الرسالة الى بيان التأثير المتبادل بين الحضارة المصرية واليونانية و الرومانية ، وهى تأثيرات ترجع إلى الموقع بشكل أساسى؛ حيث يسهل الانتقال بين الدول المتجاورة . تأكدنا من صحة ما ورد فى بحثنا من أن القوانين الوضعية الحديثة استمدت قواعدها من القوانين الرومانية أو الإغريقية، والتى بدورها استلهمت القواعد القانونية المصرية القديمة ونسبتها إليها ، ولا يوجد قاعدة مذكورة فى مدونة جستنيان إلا وترجع أصولها إلى الفراعنة. وهذا ينطبق أيضا على القواعد القانونية الإغريقية ، وقد استوحى القانون الرومانى الذى تم تنظيمه فى عهد إمبراطورية جستنيان العديد من أحكام القانون المصرى الرومانى ، بموجب دستور كراكلا فإن النظم والقواعد القانونية الفرعونية استمرت مُطبقة. يتضح لنا من العرض السابق مدى رفعة القانون المصرى الفرعونى وسموه على باقى القوانين التى طبقت فى مصر لكن الحقيقة انه لا يوجد تأثير للقانونين البطلمى والرومانى بل النقيض هو تأثير القانون المصرى فى كلا من القانونين السابقين ، لذلك يُعتبر القانون المصرى الفرعونى أعظم تراث قانون ورثته الحضارة المصرية القديمة. The study dealt with the images of the mutual influence of the Egyptian Pharaonic law with both Greek and Roman laws in the study of the first chapter we touched on the extent of magnificence and workmanship and eloquence of Egyptian law through research in the religious, economic, social, political and administrative life in Pharaonic Egypt and the extent of progress reached by the ancient Egyptian in all branches of public and private life and in our studies in the second chapter we dealt with how Egypt entered under Greek rule and then how it became a sovereign state again and explained why The Greek was called the Greeks and why they were called Ptolemies and we explained how the Ptolemies used the Egyptian legal systems and even how they benefited economically and socially, and how there was a social interaction between both the Egyptian Pharaonic law and the Greek laws and how the emergence of the Egyptian-Greek common law and we explained how what is known as the Egyptian Greeks or what is known as the Egyptian Greeks appeared and through our study in the third chapter dealt with how Egypt turned into any Roman after it was a sovereign state, and we explained how to exploit the Romans Egypt economically to serve the interests of the country.
