هدفت الدراسة الحالية التحقق من فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في اكتشاف الأطفال ذو صعوبات التعلم، والتحقق من استمرارية فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في اكتشاف الأطفال ذوى صعوبات التعلم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) معلمة من معلمات الروضة، وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من مقياس مهارات المعلمة للاكتشاف المبكر للأطفال ذو صعوبات التعلم (إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج إرشادي لمعلمات الروضة لتنمية مهارات الإكتشاف المبكر للأطفال ذو صعوبات التعلم (إعداد الباحثة). أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمات المجموعة التجريبية قبل تطبيق البرنامج و بعد التطبيق على مقياس مهارات المعلمة للاكتشاف المبكر للأطفال ذو صعوبات التعلم في اتجاه القياس البعدي، وإلى وجود فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0,01بين متوسطى درجات معلمات المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدي و التتبعي لتطبيق البرنامج من حيث الدرجة الكلية على مقياس مهارات المعلمة للاكتشاف المبكر للأطفال ذو صعوبات التعلم فى اتجاه القياس التتبعى. The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the guidance program for kindergarten teachers in detecting children with learning difficulties, and to verify the continuity of the effectiveness of the guidance program for kindergarten teachers in discovering children with learning difficulties. The study sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers, and the study tools consisted of A measure of teacher skills for early detection of children with learning difficulties (prepared by the researcher, a guidance program for kindergarten teachers to develop the skills of early detection of children with learning difficulties (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study resulted in statistically significant differences between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group before and after implementing the program. The application on the teacher skills development scale for early detection of children with learning difficulties is in favor of the post measurement, and there are statistically significant differences at the 0,01 level between the average scores of the experimental group’s teachers in the post and follow-up measurements for the application of the program in terms of the total score on the teacher skills development scale for early detection for children with learning difficulties. Learning difficulties in the direction of tracking measurement.
