N2  - Objective: bone defect in the mandible can accure due to different reasons such as trauma, infection and fracture, bone healing is very important homeostatic process that depends on specialized cell activation, Recently, the positive effects of low power laser irridiation on the regulation of bone healing and osteogenic differentiation have gained significant attention. Melatonin has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and has promoted vascularization, angiogenesis and osteogenesis. Nano bone improves bone healing that has good biocompatibility and Osteoinductive so Nano_bone induces osteogenesis and stimulates bone growth; أمراض عظم الفم هو مرض التهابي تسببه البكتيريا الانتهازية الموجودة في تجويف الفم، ولا يشمل علاج التئام العظم على إيقاف عملية المرض فقط ولكن يشمل أيضا على تجديد الأنسجة والعظم المفقودة أثناء عملية المرض، هناك خيارات علاجية أخري غير الجراحة التي تهدف إلى التئام العظم وتجديد الأنسجة منها الليزر منخفض القوة (٩٨٠نانو متر ،١٠٠ملي متر قوة) الذي يساعد في عملية التئام العظم وتخفيف الألم وتقليل الالتهاب مادة الميلاتونين وهو هرمون طبيعي يفرز في الجسم عن طريق الغدة الصنبورية التابعة للغدد الصماء ويوجد في صورة هرمون مستخلص كابسول أو فيلم سريع الذوبان يساعد على ضبط عمل الجسم وضبط الساعة البيولوجية ومن ثم يساعد على النوم كما أنه قادر على أن يكون مضاد طبيعي للأكسدة ومضاد للالتهاب ويساعد في تكوين العظام حيث يحفز تخليق خلايا العظم.جزيئات النانو. والتي تحتوي على مكونات أقل من ١٠٠نانو متر وتعمل على تجديد العظم وتحسين الالتئام
