N2  - يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير الأداءات التربوية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وتنمية مهارات التفكير العليا لطفل الروضة في ضوء فلسفة منتسوري، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (46) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال،وكذلك (60) طفلا من الروضات الرسمية والرسمية المتقدمة للغات بإدارة اليساتين التعليمية، بمحافظة القاهرة والتابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم المصرية، وقد اشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة ملاحظة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء فلسفة منتسوري(إعداد الباحثة)، واختبار معرفي تحصيلي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال(إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس لمهارات التفكير العليا لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة)، وأنشطة البرنامج القائم على فلسفة منتسورى( إعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات معلمات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على بطاقة الملاحظة والأختبار المعرفي التحصيلي، وكلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أطفال معلمات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس مهارات التفكير العليا للطفل، بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي القائم على فلسفة منتسوري على معلمات رياض الأطفال، مما ساهم في تطوير أداءاتهن التربوية، وتنمية مهارات التفكير العليا لدى أطفالهن، وأوصى البحث بضرورة الحرص على تدريب وتطوير مهارات المعلمات بصفة مستمرة، وضرورة توظيف فلسفة منتسوري وطريقتها لما لها من فاعلية في تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، وتنمية مهارات التفكير العليا لطفل الروضة; The aim of the current research is to develop educational performances for kindergarten teachers and to enhance the higher-order thinking skills of kindergarten childern in the light of Montessori philosophy. The study sample consisted of (46) kindergarten teachers, as well as (60) children from official and advanced language kindergartens under the supervision of the Educational Adminstration in Al-Basateen in Cairo, affiliated with the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The research tools included an observation form for kindergarten teachers in the light of Montessori philosophy (prepard by the researcher), a congnitive achievement test for kindergarten teachers (prepard by the researcher), a scale for kindergarten childern’s higher-order thinking skills (prepard by the researcher), and program activities based on Montessori philosophy (prepard by the researcher), The results indicated statistically significant differences in the average scores of the teachers in the experimental group in the local and follow-up measures on the observation form and congnitive achievement test. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences among the children of the teachers in the experimental group in the distant and follow-up measures on the scale of children’s higher-order thinking skills.After implementing the training program based on the Montessori philosophy for kindergarten teachers, which contributed to enchancing their educational performance, To develop their childern’s higher-order thinking skills and recommended research on the necessity of continuously training and developing teacher’s skills, and the necessity of employing the Montessori philosophy and its approach for its effectiveness in enhancing the professional performance of kindergaten and developing the higher-order thinking skills of kindergarten childern.
