<br/><br/> أن تنفيذ عملية الرقمنة بالكلية يجب ان تمر بمراحل متعددة وتعتبر كل مرحلة منها خطوة أساسية لعملية الإصلاح الإداري، وهذة الخطوات تسبق عملية تنفيذ الرقمنة والتحول الرقمي وهى تخطيط الموارد البشرية، تحليل الوظائف، وصولًا لإختيار المنهج العلمي الدقيق للمفاضلة بين الموارد البشرية المتاحة للمنظمة بهدف الوصول إلى أفضل الخبرات والمهارات والكفاءات العلمية والعملية المؤهله لأختيار أفضلهم، لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، وتوفير شبكة اتصال بين الموظف والطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وصولًا لتقديم الخدمات بسهولة، عمل شبكة إلكترونية داخلية تربط الإدارة بالعاملين لمتابعة أدائهم يوميًا، توفير شبكة اتصال للتنسيق بين الجهات الرقابية والقانونية، ويؤدى التحول للرقمنة إلى إيجاد منظومة متكامله للإصلاح الإداري لها القدرة على مواجهة الأحداث المستقبلية وقادرة على الإعداد والمواجهة للأزمات والكوارث بكفاءة وفاعلية   The implementation of the digitization process in the college must go through multiple stages, each of which is considered a fundamental step for administrative reform, these steps precede the implementation of digitization and digital transformation, including human resource planning, job analysis, and selecting the precise scientific method for choosing between the available human resources for the organization to reach the best expertise, skills, and scientific and practical competencies to select the best among them, this is to apply electronic management, provide a communication network between employees, students, and faculty members to facilitate service delivery, create an internal electronic network linking the administration with employees to monitor their performance daily, and provide a communication network for coordination between regulatory and legal entities, the transition to digitization leads to the creation of an integrated system for administrative reform capable of facing future events and preparing for and confronting crises and disasters efficiently and effectively Hence0
