<br/><br/> هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين تطبيق نُظم العمالة متعددة المهام على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي من خلال الدعم التنظيمي المدرك كمتغير وسيط وذلك بالتطبيق على العاملين في قطاع النسيج والملابس الجاهزة.<br/>ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإجراء دراسة إستطلاعية للوقوف على مشكلة البحث في الواقع الميداني لقطاع النسيج والملابس الجاهزة في الشركات محل البحث ، و أجرت الباحثة مقابلة مع عينة ميسرة مكونه من 40 مفردة من العاملين في قطاع النسيج والملابس الجاهزة في الشركات محل البحث (مصر حلوان للغزل والنسيج و الدقهلية للغزل والنسيج). وقامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانه وزعت على عينة 300 مفرده . واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي  وفي ضوء ذلك تم جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات بإستخدام  SPSS، وتم استخدام العديد من الاساليب الاحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ومنها إسلوب نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية.  The study aimed to identify the relationship between the application of multi-tasking labor systems at the level of job performance through perceived organizational support as an intervening variable by applying it to workers in the textile and ready-made garments sector. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher conducted a survey study to identify the research problem in the field reality of the textile and ready-made garments sector in the companies under study. The researcher conducted an interview with a facilitated sample of 40 individuals from workers in the textile and ready-made garments sector in the companies under study (Misr Helwan Spinning and Weaving and Dakahlia Spinning and Weaving). The researcher designed a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 300 individuals. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach. In light of this, data were collected and analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using SPSS. Many statistical methods were used to achieve the study objectives, including the structural equation modelling method.
