N2  - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف واقعِ القيادة الإبداعية في إدارة الأزمات بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مصر، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي وأداته الاستبيان الموجه لعينة من المدارس الحكومية، والمدارس الرسمية لغات، والمدارس الخاصة- عربي، والمدارس الخاصة- لغات، وكان عدد المدارس (44 مدرسةً) بمحافظة الجيزة بإدارة 6 أكتوبر التعليمية، موزعة على أفراد العينة (معلم- أخصائي اجتماعي- مشرف- موظف شئون- وكيل مدرسة- مدير مدرسة)، وتوصلت نتيجة الدراسة إلى أن واقع القيادة الإبداعية في إدارة الأزمات بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مصر في حاجةٍ ماسةٍ إلى تغيير وتعديل؛ وذلك نتيجة الكثير من التحديات، ومنها: ضعف تفعيل وحدة إدارة الأزمات، وضعف قيام الوحدة ببناء القدرات وتأهيل الكوادر الفنية لادارة المخاطر، ويواجه أعضاء فريق الوحدة الروتين الإداري والأسلوب القيادي غير الملائم لبيئة العمل بالمدرسة، كما يواجه أعضاء فريق الوحدة مركزية الإدارة، والنزعة إلى التقليد والمحاكاة، وتم وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية مهارات القيادة الإبداعية لدى أعضاء وحدة إدارة الأزمات بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مصر، متمثلًا في آلية توفير وتفعيل وحدة إدارة الأزمات التعليمية داخل المدرسة من خلال القيادة الإبداعية; The study aimed to identify the reality of creative leadership in crisis management at the basic education stage in Egypt. The descriptive approach and its tool, the questionnaire, were used for a sample of government schools, official language schools, private Arabic schools, and private language schools (44 schools) in Giza Governorate, 6th of October Education Administration, distributed among the sample members (teacher - social worker - supervisor - affairs employee - school vice principal - school principal). The study concluded that the reality of creative leadership in crisis management at the basic education stage in Egypt is in dire need of change and modification as a result of many challenges, including: weak activation of the crisis management unit and weak capacity building and qualification of technical cadres to manage risks. The unit team members face administrative routine and a leadership style that is not appropriate for the school's work environment. The unit team members also face centralized management and a tendency to imitate and emulate. A proposed vision was developed to develop creative leadership skills among members of the crisis management unit at the basic education stage in Egypt, represented in the mechanism of providing and activating the educational crisis management unit within the school through creative leadership.
