N2  - هدفت هذه الدراسة  إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج إرشادي قائم على السيكودراما لتحسين جودة الحياة لدى الأطفال مرضى اللوكيميا كمدخل لخفض الاكتئاب لديهم، وتكونت العينة الأساسية للدراسة من 8 (طفلاً وطفلة) من المعهد القومي للأورام، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (9-12) سنة، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: برنامج قائم علي السيكودراما، مقياس جودة الحياة/ لمنظمة الصحة العالمية عام (1991) وتعريب الباحثة، مقياس الاكتئاب لبيرلسون عام (1987) وتعريب الباحثة، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة: توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي الرتب للقياسين القبلي والبعدي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في مقياس جودة الحياة وذلك في اتجاه القياس البعدي ، توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي الرتب للقياسين القبلي والبعدي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في مقياس الاكتئاب وذلك في اتجاه القياس القبلي، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي الرتب للقياسين البعدي والتتبعي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في مقياس جودة الحياة ، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي الرتب للقياسين البعدي والتتبعي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في مقياس الاكتئاب; The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a counseling program based on psychodrama to improve the quality of life of children with leukemia as an approach to reducing their depression. The basic sample of the study consisted of 8 (boys and girls) from the National Cancer Institute and their ages ranged between (9-12) years. The researcher used the following tools: the quality of life scale / prepared by the World Health Organization (1991) and Arabization of researcher, the depression scale prepared by Berelson (1987) and Arabization of researcher , The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the pre- and post-measurements among the members of the experimental group in the quality of life scale in the direction of the post-measurement, the presence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the pre and post-measurements among the members of the experimental group in the scale Depression, in the direction of the pre-measurement, there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores for the post- and follow-up measurements among members of the experimental group in the quality of life scale, there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores for the post and follow-up measurements among members of the experimental group in the depression scale
