<br/><br/> Sustainability and environmental impacts have become the domestic shift for adopting the construction field and built environment to achieve a significant positive impact on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the architecture, engineering & construction (AEC) industry for Egypt's vision for 2030. Green construction management includes performance-based structured practices and responsive decisions related to several design scenarios to advocate, interrogate and refine appropriate sustainable solutions and schemes, including the building variable consecutive level of details/development (LOD) and life cycle phases. This research proposes a collaborative framework for interoperability design decisions to pioneer the adaptation of green construction management practices. The practices use automated and semi-automated simulations, following The Green Pyramid Rating System (GPRS); as a national third-party certification assessment provider to rank the sustainability level from Denied, Certified, Bronze, Silver, Gold to Platinum; according to seven main categories with featured credits and points.  أصبحت الاستدامة والآثار البيئية هي مطلب أساسى لتحقيق التأثير الإيجابي على أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs) في صناعة التشييد من أجل تحقيق رؤية مصر لعام 2030 للحد من تأثير الأبنية السلبي على البيئة. وتشمل إدارة الإنشاءات الخضراء ممارسات منظمة قائمة على الأداء وترتبط بالعديد من بدائل التصميم المختلفة للوصول إلى حلول وخطط مستدامة مناسبة في المراحل المبكرة للمشروع وللتأكيد على التخطیط الجيد للبناء. ويقترح هذا البحث إطار عمل یقوم بجمع البیانات من جمیع المعنين بالمشروع من أجل الوصول إلى قرارات التصميم والتشغيل المناسبة وذلك من خلال اتباع نظام التصنيف البيئي (GPRS)؛ كأداه إرشادية محلية من أجل تقييم استدامة المباني بجمهورية مصر العربية.
