هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على فعالية إعلام الأزمات فى التعامل مع الأزمات الإجتماعية وإستكشاف الإهتمام الإعلامي فيما يتعلق بالأزمات الإجتماعية، مع التركيز على قضايا حضانة الطفل وتوفير المعلومات الحيوية، وتسليط الضوء على أهمية المشورة الإجتماعية والتوافق الإجتماعي، والإهتمام باتباع مبادئ نقل المعلومات الدقيقة وتعزيز التواصل، كما ركزت الدراسة على تنمية المعرفة المتخصصة في هذا المجال، والتطوير الحضاري والتأثير على السلوك الإجتماعي. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إعلام الأزمات ودورة في الأزمات الإجتماعية، حيث بلغ معامل الإرتباط 0.754 عند مستوى الثقة 95%، مما يشير إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين المتغيرين ( إعلام الازمات والدور الاجتماعي). كما تم استخدام نموذج الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد لإستكشاف تأثير أبعاد إعلام الأزمات وهي: نقل المعلومات الصحيحة، التأثير على السلوك الإجتماعي، التواصل الفعّال، وأظهرت النتائج ان إعلام الأزمات يفسر 56.9% من التغير فيما يتعلق بحضانة الطفل، وأظهر اختبار جودة النموذج الإحصائي المستخدم، حيث بلغ إجمالي التوجه 88.917 عند مستوى الثقة 95%، مما يزيد من موثوقية النتائج والتنبؤات المستمدة من النموذج. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إعلام الأزمات يلعب دورًا حيويًا في التعامل مع الأزمات الإجتماعية، وخاصة في قضايا حضانة الطفل، مؤكدة على أهمية تطوير استراتيجيات إعلامية تركز على نقل المعلومات الصحيحة، التأثير الإيجابي على السلوك الإجتماعي، وتعزيز التواصل الفعّال. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of crisis media in dealing with social crises and explore media interest in relation to social crises, focusing on child custody issues and providing vital information, highlighting the importance of social counseling and social harmony, and paying attention to following the principles of conveying accurate information. The study also focuses on developing specialized knowledge in this field, cultural development, and influencing social behavior ,The results showed a statistically significant relationship between crisis media and a course in social crises, as the correlation coefficient reached 0.754 at the 95% confidence level, which indicates a strong relationship between the two variables. A multiple linear regression model was also used to explore the impact of crisis media dimensions: conveying correct information, influencing social behavior, and effective communication. The results showed that the crisis media explained 56.9% of the change in child custody, and testing the quality of the statistical model used showed that the overall trend was 88.917 at a 95% confidence level, which increases the reliability of the results. and predictions derived from the model.The study concluded that crisis media plays a vital role in dealing with social crises, especially in child custody issues, stressing the importance of developing media strategies that focus on conveying correct information, positively influencing social behavior, and promoting effective communication.
