<br/><br/> Purpose: This study's objective was to translate the questionnaire from English <br/>into Arabic, test content validity, assess internal consistency reliability, test-<br/>retest reliability, and evaluate the feasibility of the Lymphoedema Functioning, <br/>Disability, and Health Questionnaire (Lymph ICF, where ICF stands for <br/>International Classification of Function) in its Arabic version for those with <br/>post-mastectomy lymphoedema. Methodology: Ten specialists and 86 patients, <br/>aged 40 to 65 years, with ICF-based grade 1 to 2 upper limb lymphoedema 6–9 <br/>months following modified radical mastectomy participated in the study. The <br/>study was conducted over a period of two months, from September to <br/>November 2024. To develop an Arabic version of the Lymph ICF, forward and <br/>backward translations were conducted, followed by the development of pre-<br/>final and final translated versions. A total of 167 Arabic Lymph ICF forms (test <br/>and re-test) were completed by the patients with 5 dropping out during the <br/>retest phase. Statistical analysis was performed using expert relevance <br/>proportion, content validity index, Cronbach's alpha, Intraclass Correlation <br/>Coefficient (ICC), and feasibility tests. Results: For the Arabic version of <br/>Lymph ICF, the expert relevance proportion was 96.89%, with a Scale-Level <br/>Content Validity Index (S-CVI) of 96.9% and Item-Level Content Validity <br/>Index (I-CVI) ranging from 0.8 to 1.0 for individual items, the Cronbach’s <br/>alpha was 0.761, and the ICC was 0.88 (95% CI: 0.744–0.935; p = 0.000). All <br/>items of questionnaire were answered 100% by the participants who completed <br/>the study, with an average completion time of 7.36 minutes.  Conclusion: The <br/>Arabic version of the Lymph ICF is a valid, reliable and feasible questionnaire <br/>that can significantly aid in the assessment of lymphoedema in Arabic-speaking <br/>populations.   كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة ترجمة استبيان الأداء الوظيفي والإعاقة والصحة للوذمة الليمفاوية بعد استئصال الثدي من اللغة الإنجليزية إلى اللغة العربية، اختبار صلاحية المحتوى، تقييم موثوقية التناسق الداخلي، موثوقية الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار، وتقييم جدوى النسخة العربية للأشخاص الذين يعانون من الوذمة اللمفية بعد استئصال الثدي.<br/>شارك في الدراسة عشرة متخصصين 86 مريضًا تتراوح أعمارهم بين ٤٠ إلى ٦٥ عامًا، يعانون من الوذمة اللمفية من الدرجة ١ إلى ٢ في الأطراف العلوية وفقًا للتصنيف الدولي للوظائف (ICF)، وذلك بعد 6 إلى 9 أشهر من إجراء عملية الاستئصال الجذري المعدل للثدي. وقد استغرقت الدراسة مدة شهرين، من شهر سبتمبر حتى شهر نوفمبر من عام 2024.تم تطوير النسخة العربية من الاستبيان من خلال الترجمة الأمامية والخلفية، تلتها تطوير نسخ مترجمة شبه نهائية ونهائية. أكمل المرضى ١٦٧ نموذجًا من استبيان الأداء الوظيفي والإعاقة والصحة للوذمة الليمفاوية بعد استئصال الثدي (الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار) مع انسحاب 5 مرضى خلال مرحلة إعادة الاختبار. تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام نسبة خبراء الصلاحية، مؤشر صلاحية المحتوى، ألفا كرونباخ، معامل الارتباط الداخلي (ICC)، واختبارات الجدوى.<br/>بالنسبة للنسخة العربية من الأداء الوظيفي والإعاقة والصحة للوذمة الليمفاوية بعد استئصال الثدي، كانت نسبة خبراء الصلاحية ٩٦.٨٩%، مع مؤشر صلاحية المحتوى على مستوى المقياس (S-CVI) بنسبة ٩٦.٩% ومؤشر صلاحية المحتوى على مستوى العناصر (I-CVI) يتراوح من ٠.٨ إلى ١.٠ للعناصر الفردية، وكان ألفا كرونباخ ٠.٧٦١، وICC بلغ ٠.٨٨ (فترة الثقة ٩٥%: ٠.٧٤٤–٠.٩٣٥; قيمة p =٠٫٠٠٠). أجاب جميع المشاركين على كافة عناصر الاستبيان بنسبة ١٠٠%، مع متوسط وقت إتمام بلغ ٧.٣٦ دقيقة.<br/>الاستنتاج: النسخة العربية من الأداء الوظيفي والإعاقة والصحة للوذمة الليمفاوية بعد استئصال الثدي هي استبيان صالح وموثوق وقابل للتطبيق ويمكن أن يساعد بشكل كبير في تقييم الوذمة اللمفية في السكان الناطقين بالعربية.<br/>
