N2  - Background: Cervical Radiculopathy is a prevalent neurological condition that often leads to pain, sensory impairments, or motor dysfunction. High-tone therapy represents a novel form of electrotherapy for treating various disorders.  Purpose of the study: To evaluate The impact of High Tone Power Therapy    on neck pain and proprioception in cervical radiculopathy. Subjects and methods: Forty-two patients with chronic cervical radiculopathy lateral and postero lateral direction, C5-6 and C6-7  according to MRI underwent pre- and post-treatment evaluations. The cervical range of motion goniometer device measurements, the cervical joint position sense error test using an overhead laser pointer, the neck disability index, and the visual analogue scale for pain  were among the outcome measures. The control group received the selected physical therapy program and sham high tone therapy without current flow, while the study group received high tone therapy and the same selected physical therapy program. Both groups had three sessions per week for four weeks. Results: our results  showed a considerable improvement, with the study group's CROM scores increasing more than the control group's and the neck JPSE, NDI, and VAS-P significantly declining (p < 0.05). Conclusion: High tone therapy is an efficient physical therapy intervention for enhancing neck proprioception and reducing the symptoms of cervical radiculopathy; الخلفية: اعتلال الجذور العنقية هو حالة عصبية سائدة تؤدي إلى الألم أو الإعاقات الحسية أو الخلل الحركي الهدف من الدراسة: أجريت هذه الدراسة لتقييم تأثير العلاج  بالتردد العالي على آلام الرقبة والمستقبلات الحسية العميقة في مرضي اعتلال الجذور العنقية. الطرق والأساليب: تم اختيار اثنين وأربعين مريضًا يعانون من اعتلال الجذور العنقية بشكل عشوائي وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساويتين. تلقوا برنامج العلاج على النحو التالي: تلقت مجموعة الدراسة العلاج  بالتردد العالي وبرنامج العلاج الطبيعي المختار. بينما تلقت المجموعة الضابطة برنامج العلاج الطبيعي المختار والعلاج  بالتردد العالي الوهمي (دون تدفق التيار). وكان التقييم بواسطة: قياس درجة المستقبلات الحسية العميقة للرقبة من خلال اختبار خطأ موضع المفصل العنقي وقياس درجة نطاق الحركة العنقي وقياس مؤشر إعاقة الرقبة وقياس درجة آلام الرقبة بالمقياس التناظري البصري للألم. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية واضحة بين المجموعتين، لكن العلاج بجهاز التردد العالي في مجموعة الدراسة أظهر تحسنًا أكثر أهمية على المجموعة الضابطة . الخلاصة:يستخلص من هذه الدراسة أن العلاج  بالتردد العالي يساعد في تحسين وظائف المستقبلات الحسية العميقة في مرضى اعتلال جذور الاعصاب العنقية وتقليل آلام الرقبة لدى مرضى اعتلال الجذور العنقية
