N2  - Adrenal surgery has advanced significantly, especially with minimally 
invasive techniques. Laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA), first reported in 
1992, is now the gold standard for small to medium adrenal masses, 
offering shorter hospital stays, lower morbidity, and faster recovery. The 
lateral transperitoneal approach (LTA) is widely used due to surgeons’ 
familiarity with anatomy, while the posterior retroperitoneoscopic 
approach (PRA) is gaining popularity for its direct access and ability to 
perform bilateral adrenalectomy without repositioning the patient. The 
choice between PRA and LTA remains surgeon-dependent, with no clear 
consensus on superiority.; تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة استئصال الغدة الكظرية بالمنظار الباطني الامامى والاستئصال بالمنظار خلف غشاء الصفاق. بحيث يتم تقييم الفروق في وقت الجراحة، فقدان الدم، المضاعفات داخل البطن، وحدوث الشلل المعوي بعد الجراحة.
تسعى الدراسة أيضا إلى تحديد التقنية الأكثر كفاءة والأقل مضاعفات والأسرع في التعافي. من خلال تحليل اختيار المرضى وخصائص الأورام ونتائج العمليات. كما توفر الدراسة رؤى حول النهج الأمثل لاستئصال الغدة الكظرية. ستساعد النتائج الجراحين في اختيار التقنية الأنسب لتحسين رعاية المرضى
