N2  - هدفت الدراسة إلي تقييم دور السلامة والصحة وتقليل مخاطر العمل التابعة لوزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية العاملين بمباني والمواقع ، ولتحقيق ذلك، قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة استطلاعية مع عينة لعدد (50) من العاملين بمباني والمواقع ، وتوزيع إستمارات إستقصاء عليهم، تتكون من أربعة أسئلة رئيسية تتعلق بكل من الخصائص الديموجرافية، وعدد (46) عبارة تعكس أبعاد السلامة والصحة وتقليل مخاطر العمل ، ودور الإدارة في تطبيق هذه الابعاد، وكذلك تعمل على توصيف المنهجية والإجراءات التي اتبعها الباحث في تحديد مجتمع وعينة الدراسة، وكذلك درجة الصدق والثبات للاستبيان، بالإضافة الى تحديد الآليات اللازمة لتحليل ومعالجة البيانات وإجراء الاختبارات المناسبة. ومن خلال الخلفية النظرية وأسئلة ومشكلة الدراسة، صاغ الباحث عدد (3) فروض رئيسية إنبثق عنها عدد (15) فرض فرعي، وقام بتوزيع عدد (400) إستمارة إستقصاء، وراعي في اختيار مفردات العينة إحتوائها على قدر من التباين، من حيث العمر، المستوى التعليمي، المستوى الاداري. ثم قام بإدخال البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال قوائم الإستقصاء لبرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) Statistical Package for Social Sciences. وتم تحليل البيانات واختبار; The study aimed to evaluate the role of safety, health and reduce work risks of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure on job satisfaction for workers in buildings and sites, and to achieve this, the researcher conducted an exploratory study with a sample of (50) workers in buildings and sites, and distributed survey forms to them, consisting of four main questions related to each of the demographic characteristics, and the number (46) phrases that reflect the dimensions of safety and health and reduce work risks, and the role of management in the application of these dimensions, as well as working to describe the methodology and procedures Which the researcher followed in determining the population and sample of the study, as well as the degree of honesty and stability of the questionnaire, in addition to determining the mechanisms necessary to analyze and process data and conduct appropriate tests. Through the theoretical background, questions and problem of the study, the researcher formulated (3) main hypotheses from which (9) sub-hypotheses emerged, and distributed (400) survey forms, and took into account in the selection of the sample vocabulary containing a degree of variation, in terms of age, educational level, administrative level, years of experience He then entered the data collected through the survey lists of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
