<br/><br/> الرسالة بينت وأوضحت معنى دلالة الالفاظ من حيث الوضع وبينت العام والخاص والمشترك وأوضحت كل منهم كما أكدت على الحقيقة والمجاز والصريح والكناية والدلالة الواضحة من حيث الظاهر، النص ، المفسر ، المحكم وكذلك الدلالة غير الواضحة من حيث الخفي، المشكل، المجمل، المتشابه. وأكدت الرسالة على كل هذه الانواع بالتطبيقات من خلال سنن الترمذي على أحكام الأسرة.كما أظهرت الجانب الفقهي من الأحاديث بما يناسب كل دلالة.  The thesis clarified and explained the meaning of word connotations in terms of their origin, and it distinguished between the general, specific, and shared meanings, explaining each of them. It also emphasized the concepts of literal and metaphorical meanings, explicit and implicit expressions, and clear indications in terms of apparent, textual, interpreted, and decisive meanings, as well as unclear indications in terms of hidden, ambiguous, summarized, and similar meanings. The thesis confirmed all these types through applications in Sunan al-Tirmidhi regarding family rulings. It also highlighted the jurisprudential aspect of the hadiths in a manner suitable for each connotation.
