N2  - Spiral hand fractures have special characters. They are the result of torsional 
forces and can cause rotational mal-alignment. Inter-fragmentary lag screws 
fixation represents a very good method for dealing with such rotationally 
unstable fractures especially younger patients who showed better results. 
Lag screw fixation offers a good alternative for fixation of spiral fractures of 
metacarpals with results as similar as mini-plates but still with lower cost and 
smaller wounds.; تم تقييم مدى الحركة والنتائج الوظيفية والتصويرية لعلاج كسور عظام مشط اليد الحلزونية عن طريق الرد المفتوح والتثبيت الداخلي باستخدام مسامير صغيرة بين الكسور. تم تضمين ثلاثين حالة ب كسرًا حلزونيًا في هذه الدراسة وتم متابعتها لمدة تتراوح من 12 إلى 24 أسبوعًا. تم توزيع الجنس على ست إناث و24 ذكرًا بمتوسط أعمار المرضى 35 عامًا (من 19 إلى 51 عامًا)
