N2  - هدفت هذة الدراسة الى التعرف على دور نظم إدارة الجودة في الحد من الأزمات والمخاطر في محطة كهرباء غرب القاهرة عن طريق التعرف علي آراء عينة الدراسة حول مدي توفر إدارة الأزمات والمخاطر ومدي جاهزية المحطة  للتعامل مع الأزمات والمخاطر المتوقعة بمراحلها المختلفة ومدي وعي العاملين بهذا المفهوم وأظهرت نتائج البحث عن وجود تطبيق لإدارة الازمات بدرجة ضعيفة داخل المحطة وهو بحاجه إلي تنمية وتطوير يركز علي مجموعه من الإجراءات العلاجية لعلاج الأزمات والمخاطر لحظة وقوعها وعلاقتها بنظم إدارة الجودة والتي تتمثل في ( مهام ومسؤولية الإدارة  ، القياس والتحليل والتحسين ، إدارة الموارد ، أساليب حل المشكلات وإتخاذ القرار، القيادة ) وذلك من أجل دراسة دور نظم الجودة في الحد من الأزمات والمخاطر في مجال الكهرباء لمعرفة نقاط القوة والضعف; This study aimed to explore the role of quality management systems in mitigating crises and risks at the West Cairo Power Station. It sought to assess the perspectives of the study sample regarding the availability of crisis and risk management, the station’s preparedness to handle potential crises at various stages, and employees’ awareness of this concept. The findings revealed that crisis management is implemented at the station at a weak level, highlighting the need for further enhancement and development. This improvement should focus on a set of corrective measures to address crises and risks as they arise and their connection to quality management systems. These systems include (management responsibilities, measurement, analysis and improvement, resource management, problem-solving techniques, decision-making, and leadership).The study ultimately aims to examine how quality management systems contribute to crisis and risk reduction in the electricity sector, identifying key strengths and weaknesses
