N2  - Aim To discover biomarkers for bladder cancer in specimens of blood 
and tissue. Using proteomics platforms, such as high throughput mass 
spectrometry. Several proteins in the tissue and plasma were assessed 
using bioinformatics analysis of the data. Subject our study consisted 
of 40 specimens divided into three groups: BCT (15 fresh-frozen 
tissue samples), BCP (15 plasma samples from bladder cancer 
patients), and CTRL (10 plasma samples from healthy individuals).  
Results: Six candidate biomarkers were detected in BC patients: 
gelsolin, haptoglobin, SERPINA1, A2M, and delta and beta globulin 
proteins in both tissue and plasma specimens. Conclusion: In plasma 
cancer Egyptian patients: A2M and SERPINA1 can be used as a 
potential biomarkers for bladder cancer. While GSN and HP 
biomarkers harbored for tissue bladder cancer samples; الهدف اكتشاف المؤشرات الحيوية لسرطان المثانة في عينات الدم والأنسجة. استخدام منصات البروتينات، مثل قياس الطيف الكتلي عالي الإنتاجية. تم تقييم العديد من البروتينات في الأنسجة والبلازما باستخدام تحليل المعلوماتية الحيوية للبيانات. 
يتكون موضوع دراستنا من 40 عينة مقسمة إلى ثلاث مجموعات:ادوات
 ، BCP  ، (15 عينة بلازما من مرضى سرطان المثانة)BCT (15 عينة أنسجة مجمدة طازجة)
 CTRL (10 عينات بلازما من أفراد أصحاء)و 
النتائج: تم الكشف عن ستة مؤشرات حيوية مرشحة في مرضى كولومبيا البريطانية: جلسولين، هابتوغلوبين، SERPINA1، A2M، وبروتينات دلتا وبيتا الجلوبيولين في عينات الأنسجة والبلازما
الاستنتاج:في مرضى سرطان المثانه في البلازما للمصريين: يمكن استخدام كمؤشرات حيوية محتملة لسرطان المثانه .A2Mو  SERPINA1
