The current study aimed to identify the features of creative leadership, its concept, and requirements, as well as to explore the organizational and administrative structure of the general education stages in Egypt. The study also sought to examine the reality of general education schools and the challenges that hinder creative leadership in these schools. Additionally, the study proposed a suggested framework for implementing creative leadership in general education schools in Egypt. The descriptive method was used in this study. One of the most important findings of the study is the use of technology to improve communication in school leadership, as well as training teachers to use it effectively. These are considered crucial technological requirements and factors that contribute to supporting innovation and creativity in schools.
