هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطوير التعليم الابتدائي في مصر في ضوء متطلبات الإصلاح التربوي، كما هدفت إلى تقديم رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة لتطوير التعليم الابتدائي في مصر في ضوء متطلبات الإصلاح التربوي، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، وتم إعداد استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات عن الدراسة لتعرف رأي القيادات التربوية في كيفية تطوير التعليم الابتدائي في مصر في ضوء متطلبات الإصلاح التربوي، طبقت على عينة مكونة من(393) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية، والمركز القومي للبحوث التربوية والتنمية، والقيادات التنفيذية، والمعلمين بمحافظة أسيوط، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: ضرورة تطوير التعليم الابتدائي بشكل يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل من خلال الاهتمام بتطوير المناهج ومطابقتها للمعايير العالمية للتعليم، توفير الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة لسهولة توصيل المعلومات داخل غرفة الدراسة، وضرورة مواكبة المعلمين للتطورات العالمية في مجال تخصصهم، ضرورة ارتباط منظومة التعليم الابتدائي باستراتيجية التنمية الشاملة من أجل رفع مستوى جودة التعليم الابتدائي، الاهتمام بالتخطيط والتنظيم لاتخاذ القرارات والتشريعات اللازمة لعملية تطوير التعليم الابتدائي وليست بطريقة عشوائية غير مدروسة، ضرورة توفير التمويل الكافي للتعليم الابتدائي باعتباره أهم العوامل التي تساعد على قيام التعليم بمهامه الأساسية، والحصول على احتياجاته من الموارد البشرية والمادية. The study aimed to understand the reality of developing primary education in Egypt in light of educational reform requirements. It also aimed to propose a future vision for the development of primary education in Egypt, considering these reform requirements. The study relied on a descriptive approach as a methodology, and a questionnaire was prepared as a data collection tool to gather the opinions of educational leaders on how to develop primary education in Egypt in light of educational reform requirements. The sample consisted of( 393) individuals from faculty members at Egyptian universities, the National Center for Educational Research and Development, executive leaders, and teachers in Assiut Governorate, The study reached several important findings, including the necessity of developing primary education in a way that aligns with labor market requirements through the development of curricula that meet global standards for education. It emphasized the provision of modern educational tools to facilitate the delivery of information within the classroom. Additionally, it highlighted the need for teachers to stay updated with global developments in their fields of specialization, There is also a necessity for the primary education system to be linked to a comprehensive development strategy to enhance the quality of primary education. This requires careful planning, organization, decision-making, and necessary legislation for the process of developing primary education, rather than relying on random and unstudied methods. Furthermore, it is essential to provide adequate funding for primary education as one of the main factors that support its effective implementation and to meet its human and material resource needs.
