N2  - تعددت المدارس الفكرية في حقل العلاقات الدولية التي تشرح الانماط المختلفة لعلاقات الاعتماد الاقتصادي المتبادل واحتمالية نشوب الصراعات والحروب بين الدول ففي الوقت الذي يجادل الليبراليون بأن الاعتماد الاقتصادي المتبادل يقلل من احتمالية نشوب الحروب والصراعات، ويعزز من فرص التعاون والسلام وتعظيم المكاسب بين الدول، يزعم الواقعيون أنه يزيد من احتمالية تصاعد الصراعات والحروب بين الدول، في السياق ذاته هناك اتجاه ثالث توفيقي يمثله نظرية التوقعات التجارية يجادل بأن كلاً من الاتجاهين لم يحددا الشروط التي يمكن في إطارها أن يَحلَ السلام والتعاون أو تحدث الصراعات والحروب ، حيث أن توقعات التجارة والاستثمار هي العامل الأكثر أهمية وهى التي تؤثر في توجهات الدولة فيما يتعلق بالسلام والحرب. خلال الدراسة سيتم تحليل وتوصيف علاقة الاعتماد الاقتصادي المتبادل في مجال الغاز الطبيعي بين روسيا الاتحادية والاتحاد الأوروبي خلال الأحداث الهامة (أزمة القرم2014-الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية2022) للوقوف على أبعادها التعاونية والصراعية مستقبلاً لتوفير صورة أفضل لتأثيرات الاعتماد الاقتصادي المتبادل، وكذا دور الأطراف الثالثة (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية-أوكرانيا) في التأثير على هذه العلاقة، وبالتالي يقودنا هذا إلى بيان تأثير تلك العلاقة على القرارات السياسية المتخذة لكلا الطرفين للتوجه نحو السلام أو الحرب; There are many schools of thought in the field of international relations that explain the different patterns of relations of economic interdependence and the possibility of the outbreak of conflicts and wars between countries. While liberals argue that economic interdependence reduces the possibility of the outbreak of wars and conflicts, and enhances the opportunities for cooperation and peace and maximizes gains between countries, Realists claim that it increases the possibility of the escalation of conflicts and wars between countries, In the same context, there is a third, reconciliatory trend represented by the Trade Expectations theory, which argues that neither of the two trends specifies the conditions under which peace and cooperation can occur or conflicts and wars occur, as trade and investment expectations are the most important factor and are the ones that influence the state’s orientations with regard to peace and war.During the thesis, the relationship of economic interdependence in the field of natural gas will be analyzed and described between the Russian Federation and the European Union during the important events (2014 Crimean Crisis - 2022 Russian-Ukrainian War) to determine their cooperative and conflict dimensions in the future to provide a better picture of the effects of economic interdependence, as well as the role of third parties (the United States of America - Ukraine) in influencing this relationship, and thus this leads us to explain the impact of this relationship on the political decisions taken by both parties to move towards peace or war
