N2  - دراسة تخطيطية لاستنباط إطار عمل نموذجي لمكتبة الكويت الوطنية متوافق مع خطة التنمية "الكويت 2035" على ضوء تجارب وخبرات المكتبات الوطنية والعامة على مستوى العالم والموثقة في وثائق صادرة عن الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات المكتبات ومؤسساتها. اعتمدت الدراسة على المقابلة الشخصية للعديد من الشخصيات الثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية في دولة الكويت بقطاعات مختلفة بالمجلس الوطني للثقافة والآداب والفنون بغرض التعرف على وجهات نظرهم وأرائهم المختلفة بشأن دور المكتبة الوطنية في خطة التنمية "الكويت 2035". هذا بالإضافة الى فحص وتحليل مضمون الوثائق والمستندات الرسمية الصادرة عن الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات المكتبات ومؤسساتها والأمم المتحدة المتصلة بهذا الخصوص. كما لجأ الباحث الى فحص وتحليل مضمون مواقع المكتبات الوطنية على الإنترنت على المستويين العربي والعالمي لإستكشاف الخطط والأدوار والرؤى المختلفة في هذا المجال. وتنتهي الدارسة إلى وضع إطار عمل يحدد معالم الطريق والمشروعات اللازمة لدعم هذا الدور لمكتبة الكويت الوطنية; ): A planning study to derive a model framework for the National Library of Kuwait in line with the development plan "Kuwait 2035" in light of the experiences and expertise of national and public libraries worldwide, documented in documents issued by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions. The study relied on personal interviews with many cultural, economic and political figures in the State of Kuwait in various sectors of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters, with the aim of identifying their different points of view and opinions regarding the role of the National Library in the development plan "Kuwait 2035". In addition to examining and analyzing the content of official documents and papers issued by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions and the United Nations related to this matter. The researcher also resorted to examining and analyzing the content of the websites of national libraries on the Internet at the Arab and international levels to explore the different plans, roles and visions in this field. The study concludes with the development of a framework that defines the roadmap and projects necessary to support this role of the National Library of Kuwait
