<br/><br/>  تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف مدى تطبيق ممارسات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الهيئات العامة الاقتصادية في الدولة، وذلك من خلال التركيز على الهيئات الاقتصادية المصرية وفقًا للقرار رقم 1146 الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء في 24 يونيو 2018، الذي نص على إدخال تقسيمات تنظيمية جديدة داخل وحدات الجهاز الإداري للدولة تحت مسمى "التخطيط الاستراتيجي والسياسات". كما تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف آراء المشاركين حول أهمية ممارسات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، فضلاً عن تحديد المعوقات والعمليات والنتائج المرتبطة بتطبيق هذه الممارسات.المنهجية: تم استخدام أسلوب البحث الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان يتضمن كافة مراحل التخطيط الاستراتيجي مع خطوات كل مرحلة. يتكون الاستبيان من 63 سؤالًا، تنوعت بين أسئلة مغلقة باستخدام مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وأسئلة مغلقة مفتوحة، وأسئلة مفتوحة، مما يتيح للمستجيبين الفرصة لإبداء آرائهم. تم توزيع الاستبيان على جميع العاملين في الهيئات الاقتصادية، بما في ذلك مديري التخطيط ورؤساء الأقسام. ولجمع البيانات، تم استخدام أسلوب العينة غير الاحتمالية على عينة ميسرة باستخدام برنامجي  SPSS (v.28) & Smart Pls (v.4).<br/>النتائج: تشير النتائج إلى أن ممارسات التخطيط الإستراتيجى (صياغة التخطيط، الخطط التشغلية والإستراتيجية، والمشاركة الفعالة) تؤثر بشكل إيجابى على الأداء مقاسًا بأربعة أبعاد لبطاقة الأداءالمتوازن ( البعد المالى،التعلم والنمو،العمليات الداخلية،العملاء).الأصالة العلمية: ركزت هذه الدراسة على تحديد مدى أثر ممارسات التخطيط الإستراتيجى على الأداء باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن نظراً لانها لم تُستخدم بشكل كافٍ في الدراسات السابقة على الهيئات العامة الاقتصادية. كما سعت الدراسة إلى سد فجوة علمية من خلال تقديم تحليل للعلاقة بين صياغة التخطيط، الخطط التشغيلية، والمشاركة الفعالة وأداء الهيئات، مما يعزز من أهمية ممارسات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيق أهداف المنظمات العامة والتحكم فى خمس عوامل ديموغرافية فردية.  The study aims to explore the extent of the application of strategic planning practices in public economic authorities in the country, focusing on Egyptian economic authorities in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 1146 issued on June 24, 2018, which introduced new organizational divisions within the state administrative apparatus under the title "Strategic Planning and Policies." The study also seeks to explore participants' perspectives on the importance of strategic planning practices, as well as identify the obstacles, processes, and outcomes associated with implementing these practices.<br/>Methodology: The descriptive-analytical research method was used in this study, where a questionnaire was designed to include all stages of strategic planning along with the steps of each stage. The questionnaire consists of 63 questions, which varied between closed-ended questions using a five-point Likert scale, closed-ended open questions, and open-ended questions, allowing respondents the opportunity to express their opinions. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees in economic organizations, including planning managers and department heads. To collect the data, a non-probability sampling method was used on a convenient sample with the SPSS program (v.28) and Smart PLS program (v.4).Results: The results indicate that strategic planning practices (formulation of planning, operational and strategic plans, and active participation) have a positive impact on performance, measured across four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard (financial, learning and growth, internal processes, and customers).Scientific Originality: This study focused on determining the impact of strategic planning practices on performance using the Balanced Scorecard, as it has not been sufficiently utilized in previous studies on public economic authorities. The study also sought to fill a scientific gap by analyzing the relationship between planning formulation, operational plans, active participation, and the performance of authorities, thus enhancing the importance of strategic planning practices in achieving the goals of public organizations and controlling five individual demographic factors.
