<br/><br/> Most organizations at some point will choose to implement a new Enterprise <br/>resource planning "ERP system", which will present many challenges to all <br/>organizational employees from top to bottom. In order to ensure the success <br/>of a project of this magnitude, organizations should be aware of critical <br/>factors that can affect a successful implementation for ERP such as top <br/>management support, Business plan and vision, project management and team <br/>work, user training and involvement, and ERP system selection and <br/>implementation. <br/>In this research the objectives are to analyze effectiveness degree of critical <br/>success factors for implement and using of Enterprise Resource Planning <br/>system and to analyze the effect of using Enterprise Resource Planning on <br/>spare parts inventory management. To accomplish the research objectives, the <br/>study will gather quantitative data from organization across different <br/>managerial levels. Quantitative data will be collected through surveys, <br/>measuring use of ERP system and its impact on improving spare parts <br/>inventory management. This study majorly depends on data gathered by use <br/>of questionnaires. A questionnaire in a 5point Likert scale was used to collect <br/>data from the sample respondent.  <br/>The study anticipates that implementing and using ERP system on spare parts <br/>inventory management in organization will lead to internal process integration <br/>in inventory management, maintenance process integration and purchasing <br/>process integration.   <br/>To achieve the objective of the research, data were collected from 165 with <br/>155 correct responses out of 250 from paper mills company employee in <br/>Egypt in year 2025.  <br/>The study considered a questionnaire as a tool of measurement. After <br/>confirming the normality, validity, and reliability of the data, the correlations <br/><br/><br/> <br/><br/>iii <br/><br/> <br/><br/>between variables were conducted, and then the hypotheses were tested by <br/>using regression model. <br/>The result of the correlation analysis showed a strong relationship between <br/>Using ERP systems and improving spare parts inventory management. The <br/>result of the regression analysis showed that there is a positive significant <br/>effect of using ERP systems which represented by (Top management support <br/>for using ERP, Business Plan and Vision, User training and involvement for <br/>ERP, ERP system selection and implementation, and Project management and <br/>Team Work) on improving spare parts inventory management.   <br/>The findings of this study that there is significant effect of using Enterprise <br/>Resource planning systems on internal process integration, there is significant <br/>effect of using Enterprise Resource planning systems on purchasing process <br/>integration and there is significant effect of using Enterprise Resource <br/>planning systems on maintenance process integration <br/>Finally, we proved that there is significant effect of using Enterprise Resource <br/>planning systems on improving spare parts inventory management   مُعظم المؤسسات تختار في مرحلة ما تنفيذ نظام جديد لتخطيط موارد المؤسسة "ERP"، والذي سيشكل العديد من التحديات لجميع مُوظفي المؤسسة من الأعلى إلى الأسف؛ ومن أجل ضمان نجاح مشروع بهذا الحجم، يجب أن تكون المنظمات على دراية بالعوامل الحاسمة التي يمكن أن تؤثر على التنفيذ الناجح لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات مثل دعم الإدارة العليا، والإختيار الفعّال لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات ، وخطة العمل والرؤية، وإدارة المشروع والعمل الجماعي، وتدريب المستخدمين وإشراكهم فى عملية التنفيذ. <br/>إن أهداف البحث هي تحليل درجة فعالية عوامل النجاح الحاسمة لتنفيذ وإستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، وتحليل تأثير استخدام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات  على إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، سنقوم بجمع بيانات كمية من المنظمة عبر المستويات الإدارية المختلفة. وسيتم جمع البيانات الكمية من خلال الإستبيان، وقياس تأثير إستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تحسين إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار.<br/>تعتمد هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي على البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق إستخدام الإستبيانات. وتم إستخدام الإستبيان بمقياس ليكرت Likert Scale المكون من 5 نقاط لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة.<br/>وتتوقع الدراسة أن تطبيق واستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار في المنظمة سيؤدي إلى تكامل العمليات الداخلية في إدارة المخزون، وتكامل عمليات الصيانة، وتكامل عمليات الشراء.<br/>ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم جمع البيانات من 165موظف عبارة عن 155 إجابة صحيحة و10 إجابات غير صحيحة من أصل مجتمع دراسه 250موظف من موظفي شركة فيرست لصناعة الورق في مصر في عام 2025.<br/>وإعتمدت الدراسة الإستبيان كأداة للقياس. وبعد التأكد من صحة البيانات وصدقها وثباتها، تم إجراء علاقات الإرتباط بين المتغيرات، ومن ثمّ إختبار الفرضيات بإستخدام نموذج الإنحدار.<br/>وأظهرت نتيجة تحليل الارتباط وجود علاقة قوية بين استخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وتحسين إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار. أظهرت نتيجة تحليل الانحدار أن هناك تأثير إيجابي معنوي لإستخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات والذي يتمثل في (دعم الإدارة العليا لإستخدام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، خطة العمل والرؤية،الإختيار الفعّال والتنفيذ لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، تدريب المستخدمين وإشراكهم في تنفيذ وإستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، وإدارة المشاريع و العمل الجماعي) على تحسين إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار.<br/>وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير كبير لإستخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تكامل العمليات الداخلية، وهناك تأثير كبير لإستخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تكامل عمليات الشراء، وهناك تأثير كبير لإستخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تكامل عمليات الصيانة.<br/>وأخيراً، أثبتنا أن هناك تأثير كبير لإستخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على تحسين إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار.
