This study was conducted to investigate the impact of using probiotic and enzymes on growth performance and immune status of broiler chicks. Atotal of 210 day-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were divided into seven dietary treatments with 3 replicates of 10 birds each. Experimental groups were control group (T1) fed basal diet, T2 fed basal diet+100 ppm probiotic (PRO), T3 fed basal diet+100 ppm phytase (PHY), T4 fed basal diet+100 ppm xylanase (XYL), T5 fed basal diet+100 ppm phytase+100 ppm xylanase (PHT+XYL), T6 fed basal diet+100 ppm probiotic+100 ppm xylanase (PRO+XYL), T7 fed basal diet+100 ppm probiotic+100 ppm phytase (PRO+PHT). Results showed that no significant differences were observed in LBW, BWG, FC and FCR values due to adding probiotic and enzymes during all experimental periods, except BW at starter and grower periods and BWG at starter period, where chicks fed phytase and xylanase combination (PHY+XYL) recorded significantly the highest BW during starter period and numerical during overall period by increase of 7.92% and 5.03%, respectively compared control, moreover, chicks of T5 gained a 8.90% more weight than those fed control diets during starter period. Generally, dietary addition of probiotic and enzymes combination can improve broilers performance compared to control group, especially, the group 5 fed XYL+PHY recorded numerical improvement in BWG by 5.15% and FCR by 2.74% compared to control group during overall period. Chicks fed XYL+PHY (T5) recorded the highest relative economical efficiency (108.75%) and the lowest abdominal fat percentage (0.74%) compared to other experimental groups. Chicks fed probiotic and enzymes (T6 and T7) recorded significant improvement in bursa percentage 0.29% and 0.30% respectively compared to control group (0.20%). Chicks of T6 group achieved significantly the highest villi height and villi to crypt (V:C) depth ratio (6.69) by 22.08% compared to control. These positive effects of both xylanase + phytase or probiotic + xylanase can be attributed to their positive effect on the intestinal morphology, increasing villi height, improving feed digestion and absorption efficiency and increasing nutrients utilization. أجريت الدراسة الحالية لتحديد تأثير البروبيوتك والإنزيمات كإضافة علفية وذلك لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل لدجاج التسمين وتقليل تكلفة الإنتاج. كونت العلائق التجريبية من مصدر للبروبيوتك ونوعان من الإنزيمات (الزيلانيز والفيتيز) وتم إضافة كل من البروبيوتك والإنزيمات بمعدل 100 جزء فى المليون (حسب توصيات الشركة المنتجة) بالإضافة لعليقة الكنترول. كونت علائق التجربة لتغطية الإحتياجات الغذائية للطيور وفقاً لدليل سلالة الأربور إيكرز، وتم إجراء التحليل الإحصائى واختبارتأثير البروبيوتك والإنزيمات والتداخل بينهم. تم توزيع 210 كتكوت على 7 معاملات لكل منها 30 كتكوت فى 3 مكررات (10 كتاكيت/مكرر). أوضحت نتائج التجربة أن الطيور المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على الزيلانيز+ الفيتيز (المعاملة الخامسة) حققت أعلى زيادة معنوية فى وزن الجسم خلال مرحلتى البادى والنامى بمعدل 7,92%، 6,04% على التوالى، كما سجلت أفضل معدل زيادة فى وزن الجسم بمعدل 8,90% خلال مرحلة البادئ مقارنة بالطيور المغذاة على عليقة الكنترول، بصفة عامة حققت الطيور المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على الزيلانيز+ الفيتيز (المعاملة الخامسة) أعلى زيادة فى وزن الجسم بمعدل 5,15% وأفضل معامل تحويل غذائى بمعدل انخفاض 2,74% مقارنة بالطيور المغذاة على عليقة الكنترول خلال نهاية التجربة، يليها الطيور المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على البروبيوتك + الزيلانيز (المعاملة السادسة). سجلت الطيور المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على الزيلانيز + الفيتيز (المعاملة الخامسة) أعلى معدل كفاءة إقتصادية (108,75%) وأقل معدل لدهن البطن (0.74%) مقارنة بباقى معاملات التجربة. سجلت الطيور المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على البروبيوتك + الزيلانيز أعلى طول للخملات (1533,74 ميكرومتر) أعلى معنوياً بواقع 17.31% مقارنة بالطيور المغذاة على عليقة الكنترول. كما حققت طيورالمعاملتين السادسة والسابعة (المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على البروبيوتك + الزيلانيز و المغذاة على علائق تحتوى على البروبيوتك + الفيتيز) أفضل زيادة معنوية للوزن النسبى لغدة البرسا بمعدل 0,29%، 0,30% على التوالى، مقارنة بالطيور المغذاة على عليقة الكنترول (0,20%). يمكن أن تعزى هذه التأثيرات الإيجابية لكلاً من الزيلانيز + الفيتيز أو البروبيوتك + الزيلانيز إلى تأثيرهما الإيجابى على مورفولوجيا القناة الهضمية وزيادة طول الخملات، تحسين كفاءة هضم وامتصاص الغذاء وزيادة معدل الإستفادة من العناصر الغذائية.
