N2  - Determining production, maintenance, inventory, and spare parts selection 
decisions plays a vital role in maintaining the performance of supply chains and 
managing associated costs. In this work, the previous decisions are integrated, with the 
aim of overcoming uncertainties while operating at the minimum cost. The DRL 
technique is also introduced to cope with the problems of dimensionality and long 
runtime associated with exact techniques.; اتخاذ القرارات بشأن الإنتاج و الصيانة و المخزون و اختيار الموردين يعد سبباً اساسيا في تحسين أداء سلاسل الإمداد و التكاليف المصاحبة لها. و لهذا في هذا البحث، قمنا بدراسة هذه القرارات معاً بهدف التغلب علي الاضطرابات و التوقفات الي قد تحدث لسلاسل الإمداد مع الحفاظ علي أقل تكلفة ممكنة. قمنا بإستخدام البرمجة الديناميكية ثم استخدمنا تعلم الالة العميق لحل مشاكل اكبر حجماً و في وقت أقل
