<br/><br/> تناقش الرسالة المباني الإدارية الحديثة من حيث تصنيفاتها وأساليب تصميمها، مع التركيز على المعايير البيئية والتقنيات الذكية. كما تركز على العوامل البيئية والجمالية مثل الإضاءة والتهوية وكفاءة الطاقة، إضافةً إلى مفهوم المباني الذكية وأنظمتها المتكاملة. كما تناقش تقنية النانو في مواد البناء، وتأثيرها في تحسين المتانة والكفاءة، وتطبيقاتها في تنقية المياه والمواد الذكية. ثم تحليل أنظمة التقييم العالمية للمباني المستدامة، مثل LEED وBREEAM، ومقارنتها لاستخلاص معايير تصميمية. يشمل البحث دراسة وتحليل مبانٍ إدارية عالمية ومحلية، لاستخلاص التطبيقات الفعالة. يهدف البحث إلى تطوير استراتيجيات لرفع كفاءة المباني الإدارية، وتعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتحقيق الاستدامة.   The thesis discusses modern administrative buildings in terms of their classifications and design methods, with a focus on environmental standards and smart technologies. It also focuses on environmental and aesthetic factors such as lighting, ventilation, and energy efficiency, in addition to the concept of smart buildings and their integrated systems. It also discusses nanotechnology in building materials, its impact on improving durability and efficiency, and its applications in water purification and smart materials. Then, it analyzes global assessment systems for sustainable buildings, such as LEED and BREEAM, and compares them to extract design criteria. The research includes a study and analysis of global and local administrative buildings to extract effective applications. The research aims to develop strategies to improve the efficiency of administrative buildings and enhance the use of modern technology to achieve sustainability.
