<br/><br/> This thesis represents an analytical study for quantitative analysis of some <br/>carbonyl-containing drugs namely; Piracetam, Citicoline sodium in their <br/>mixture formulation, Paracetamol, and Dexketoprofen Trometamol in their <br/>mixture formulation. The thesis is composed of two parts, Part I comprises a <br/>brief idea about the carbonyl group. It also includes a general introduction to the <br/>chemical and physical properties of Piracetam, Citicoline sodium, Paracetamol, <br/>and Dexketoprofen Trometamol, finally, a literature review about different <br/>reported analytical methods for the chosen drugs in their bulk form, <br/>pharmaceutical formulations, and in biological fluids. Part II comprises the <br/>published papers and includes three chapters. This thesis aims to develop and <br/>validate sensitive methods for analysis of the studied drugs in their bulk powder, <br/>pharmaceutical formulations, and biological fluids as spiked human plasma.   تتناول هذه الرسالة دراسة تحليلية للتحليل الكمي لبعض المركبات الصيدلية التي تحتوي على مجموعة الكربونيل مثل البيراسيتام، السيتيكولين، الباراسيتامول، و ديكسكيتوبروفين تروميتامول والهدف من هذه الرسالة هو استخدام طرق تحليلية ذات درجة حساسية عالية، بالإضافة إلى اختبارإمكانية تطبيقها لتحليل المركبات الصيدلية المنتقاة لهذه الدراسة في المستحضرات الصيدلية والسوائل الحيوية. وتحتوي هذه الرسالة على جزئين. يلخص الجزء الأول بعض المعلومات حول المركبات الصيدلية التي تحتوي على مجموعة الكربونيل ومقدمة التراث العلمي للبيراسيتام، السيتيكولين، الباراسيتامول، و ديكسكيتوبروفين تروميتامول والطرق سابقة النشر لقياسهم في المادة الخام والمستحضرات الصيدلية والسوائل البيولوجية. ويشمل الجزء الثاني الأبحاث المنشورة، ويتضمن هذا الجزء ثلاثة فصول.
