N2  - يُعد مفهوم "الأيروتروبليس" أحد النماذج المكانية الاقتصادية الحديثة التي تُعيد صياغة دور المطار من مجرد نقطة عبور إلى نواة ومركز للتنمية العمرانية والاقتصادية. وتطورت فكرة الأيروتروبليس ودورها في إعادة تشكيل الأقاليم الحضرية حول المطارات الدولية من خلال التكامل بين البنية التحتية للمطار وشبكات النقل والإنتاج والخدمات اللوجستية وسلاسل القيمة المضافة، بما يعزز من كفاءة تدفق السلع والخدمات والأفراد على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي. ويُركّز هذا النموذج على فرص تحقيق تنمية مستدامة ومتكاملة عبر استثمار الموقع الاستراتيجي للمطار كمحرك للنمو، مع توجيه الاستثمارات نحو قطاعات متعددة تشمل الصناعة عالية القيمة، والنقل متعدد الوسائط، والمراكز التجارية، والمجمعات التكنولوجية، مما يُسهم في خلق بيئة تنافسية متصلة بالعولمة. كما يُعيد الأيروتروبليس تشكيل البنية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للأقاليم الحضرية والمناطق المحيطة بالمطارات من خلال توليد فرص العمل، وزيادة الكفاءة الاقتصادية، وتحفيز الارتباط بين التنمية الحضرية والنقل الجوي كمكون أساسي في اقتصاد المعرفة والاقتصاد العالمي المعاصر; The concept of the "Aerotropolis" represents one of the modern spatial-economic models that redefines the role of the airport from a mere transit point into a nucleus and center for urban and economic development. The Aerotropolis idea has evolved to play a significant role in reshaping urban regions around international airports through the integration of airport infrastructure with transportation networks, production systems, logistics services, and value chains, thereby enhancing the efficiency of goods, services, and people flows at both regional and global levels. This model focuses on the potential for achieving sustainable and integrated development by leveraging the strategic location of the airport as a driver of growth, while channeling investments into diverse sectors such as high-value industries, multimodal transport, commercial centers, and technology parks—ultimately contributing to the creation of a competitive environment connected to globalization. Moreover, the Aerotropolis reshapes the economic and social fabric of urban regions and areas surrounding airports by generating employment opportunities, improving economic efficiency, and fostering the link between urban development and air transport as a core component of the knowledge economy and the contemporary global economy
