<br/><br/> تهدف الدراسة إلى إماطة اللثام عن تاريخ مدينة الكفل العراقية التي تمتلك واحدة من أهم أيقونات العمارة وهي مئذنتها الشامخة هذا بالأضافة الى قبتها المقرنصة التي تعد رمز من رموز العمارة العراقية هي وأخواتها من القباب.<br/> هذا بالأضافة الى سوقها المسقف وخاناتها التي أدت وضيفتها على أكمل وجه في خدمة مرقدها، فهي قد اثرت في مجتمعها. فالعمارة تمثل حلقة الوصل الصلبة التي تربط الماضي بالحاضر وهي انعكاس لنتاج مجتمعها ، لذلك سوف نخوض في غمار بحثنا وسط هذه المنشآت العمارية الخاصة بالمدينة. وقد أقتضت طبيعة بحثنا تقسيمه الى ثلاثة أبواب، يشمل كل باب مجموعة من الفصول والمباحث، هذا بالأضافة الى تمهيد مهم عرفنا بشخصية النبي ذو الكفل وسبب تسميته ومراحل حياته وسبقنا التمهيد بمقدمة عرفنا فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب أختياره وكانت نهاية البحث بالخاتمة التي توصلنا بها الى أهم نتائج البحث التي أماطت اللثام عن كثير من أسرار الموقع.  This study aims to uncover the history of the Iraqi city of Al-Kifl, which possesses one of the most important architectural icons: its towering minaret. This is in addition to its muqarnas dome, a symbol of Iraqi architecture, along with its sister domes. This is in addition to its covered market and its inns, which served its function to the fullest extent in serving its shrine, influencing its community. Architecture represents a solid link connecting the past to the present and is a reflection of the legacy of its society. Therefore, we will delve into these architectural structures unique to the city. The nature of our research necessitated dividing it into three chapters, each containing a set of sections and topics. This is in addition to an important introduction, which introduced the personality of the Prophet Dhu al-Kifl, the reason for his name, and the stages of his life. We preceded the introduction with an introduction, which explained the importance of the topic and the reasons for its selection. The research concluded with a conclusion, which reached the most important results, revealing many of the site's secrets.
