In this context, the study provides a conceptual and theoretical framework for the tribe and political stability and the relationship between them Then it applies this to the Libyan case in order to reach a detailed explanation of the impact of the tribe on political stability in Libya, while identifying the most prominent attempts or efforts through which political stability can be achieved in Libya
