The objectives of the research are to learn about Egypt’s Vision 2030, learn about the development of the professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030, determine the reality of the professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030, By clarifying the concept and importance of educational leadership and clarifying the programs, preparation and training of educational leadership and present a proposed vision for developing the professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
