N2  - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تكامل سلاسل الإمداد ( الداخلى ، الخارجى ، الأستراتيجى ) على الداء التشغيلى للمنشأت الصناعية فى منطقة الخمرة بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في سد فجوة بحثية حول تطبيق تكامل سلاسل فى القطاع الصناعي السعودى ، خاصة فى ظل ندرة الدراسات التى تربط بين التكامل الأستراتيجى والأداء التشغيلى وتتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المدراء في الإدارات العليا الذين يشكلون الفريق الذي يتعامل مع سلاسل الإمداد في المنشآت الصناعية السعودية، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم جمع البيانات عبر إستبانة إليكترونية (نمازج جوجل ) من عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (195)، إذ تم توزيعها على عموم الموظفين والمسئولين عن سلاسل الإمداد فى المنشاءى الصناعية بالخمرة.; This study aimed to analyze the impact of supply chain integration (internal, external, and strategic) on the operational performance of industrial facilities in the Al-Khumrah region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The importance of the study lies in bridging a research gap regarding the application of supply chain integration in the Saudi industrial sector, particularly in light of the scarcity of studies linking strategic integration to operational performance. The study population consists of all managers in senior management who comprise the team that handles supply chains in Saudi industrial facilities. To achieve the study's objective, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where data was collected via an electronic questionnaire (Google Forms) from a stratified random sample of (195). The questionnaire was distributed to all employees and those responsible for supply chains in industrial facilities in Al-Khumrah. The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between the independent variable, supply chain integration, and enterprise performance at a 95% confidence level. The correlation value reached 0.655, a strong positive correlation. The results also revealed a statistically significant effect between internal integration and enterprise performance, indicating that the relationship between supply chain integration and enterprise performance is close and interconnected
