The impact of economic booms on the dynamics of urban transformations in egyptian cities / 2023. 222 صفحة : إيضاحيات ؛ 30 سم. + CD. text rda content Unmediated rdamedia volume rdacarrier أطروحة (دكتوراه)-جامعة القاهرة، 2023. ببليوجرافيا: صفحات 142-148. في ظل التطور الاقتصادي المتميز بالسرعة والانفتاح على الأسواق العالمية وظهور ما يسمى بالطفرات الاقتصادية والتي تعتمد على معايير جديدة ديناميكية مبنية على جاذبية اقتصاد أي دولة ومدى تحقيق هذا الاقتصاد لأكبر ربح واعلى استثمارات.ومن هنا يتعرض البحث الى احدى القضايا الهامة في مجال التخطيط العمراني الا وهي قضية الطفرات الاقتصادية في مصر وتأثيراتها العمرانية، والتي لم تتناولها الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة بشكل كافي. فالطفرات الاقتصادية تعتبر من الظواهر الحديثة التي لاتمثل تحديا فقط للاقاليم التنموية المتقدمة فحسب، بل للاقاليم النامية أيضا، وخاصة تلك التي تسعى الى اتباع إستراتيجية تنمية من شأنها تحقيق التوسع في إنتاجها الحقيقي والتوجه نحو النمو المتواصل والمستدام وزيادة قدرتها الإنتاجية للاقتصاد المحلي والقومي على السواء، بل وأيضا الاعتماد على قوى السوق وتنمية الاقتصاد المحلي لتحقيق كفاءة وتخصيص الموارد وبالتالي رفع آداء الاقتصاد القومي والوصول للاقتصاد العالمي. حيث أصبحت الطفرات الاقتصادية خلال السنوات الأخيرة يحظى باهتمام واسع النطاق على الصعيد العالمي، ويعود ذلك الى مواكبة المتطلبات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العالم والمتمثلة في العولمة والاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي وسياسات الانفتاح وتحرير الأسواق، إضافة الى التطورات الهائلة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات .وفي ظل كل هذا التطور والطفرات المتسارعة اصبح من الصعب على اية دولة أن تعيش بمعزل عن هذه التطورات نظرا للمصاعب والعراقيل التي ستواجهها، لذلك أخذت الدول النامية في تبني السياسات الإصلاحية الرامية الى إعادة تأهيل وهيكلة اقتصادياتها وتهيئة البيئة الاقتصادية الداعمة في تنمية هذا الاقتصاد وقدرته علي تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية شاملة .ويتطلب ذلك عند اعداد المخططات العمرانية للمدن ضرورة التعرف على احتمالات ومسارات التغيرات الاقتصادية المتوقعة مستقبليا حتى يمكننا تحديد أسلوب التعامل معها عمرانيا والذي يختلف طبقا لتباين أنماطها وطبقا لخصائص التجمع العمراني، حيث أنه في كثير من الاحيان يتم اغفال الكثير من الاسقاطات والتأثيرات التي تحدثها الطفرات الاقتصادية وانعكاساتها على العمران، وكل هذا يؤدي الى لأن تصبح المخططات العمرانية غير متناسبة مع متطلبات الواقع الفعلي لها الامر الذي ينعكس على تدهور وتراجع جودة وكفاءة العمران بها . للوصول للهدف الرئيسي للدراسة سيتم التطرق في البحث الى المفاهيم التفصيلية للطفرات الاقتصادية وتحديد المكونات الرئيسية للتغير ومن ثم التعرف على مراحل الزمنية للطفرات في الحالة المصرية وانعكاس هذه الطفرات على العمران وتغيراته ومن ثم تحديد الفجوة العلمية والقصور بالدراسات السابقة ... ومن ثم اختبار وتطبيق وتصنيف المدن المصرية وتحليل الطفرات الاقتصادية وانعكاساتها العمرانية بكل اشكالها على المدن المصرية. وبالتالي فقد توصل البحث الى تحديد ماهية مدن الطفرات وأنها مدن تتلقى اهتمام واسع وزخم سياسي اقتصادي وتجذب الكثير من الاستثمارات والمشروعات الكبرى وتدفقات اقتصادية قوية والتعرف على التأثيرات المختلفة التي قد تحدثها الطفرات الاقتصادية على تغير عمران المدينة وتغير هيكل استعمالات الأراضي، والتوصيات الواجب أخذها في الاعتبار عند تخطيط المدن ووضع سياسات اقتصادية جديدة لتوجيه هذه التغيرات والاستفادة منها في تحقيق تنمية شاملة In light of the rapid economic development and openness to global markets and the emergence of the so-called economic booms, which depend on dynamic new standards based on the attractiveness of the economy of any country and the extent to which this economy. achieves the largest profit and the highest investments.Hence, the research deals with one of the important issues in the field of urban planning, which is the issue of economic booms in Egypt and their urban impacts, which were not adequately addressed by the literature and previous studies.Economic booms are considered one of the modern phenomena that represent not only a challenge to the advanced developmental regions, but also to the developing regions as well, especially those that seek to follow a development strategy that would achieve expansion in their real production and orientation towards continuous and sustainable growth and increase their productive capacity for the local and national economy alike, but also relying on market forces and the development of the local economy to achieve efficiency and allocation of resources and thus raise the performance of the national economy and reach the global economy As the economic booms in recent years have become a widespread concern at the global level, due to keeping pace with the rapid requirements that the world is witnessing, represented in globalization and integration into the global economy, policies of openness and liberalization of markets, in addition to the tremendous developments in information and communication technology.
