N2  - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بحث دور العزو السببي والكفاءة الاجتماعية والحب في إدارة الصراع الزواجى لدى حديثي الزواج. وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (262) زوجاً وزوجة حديثي الزواج (131 زوج، 131 زوجة). تراوحت أعمارهم بين (25- 45) سنة، وتراوحت مدة زواجهم بين 1 إلى 5 سنوات، ومن مستويات تعليمية مختلفة. وطبَّق على أفراد العينة أربعة مقاييس تمثلت في: مقياس العزو السببي إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الحب إعداد روبرت ستيرنبرج Sternberg,1997 وترجمة نصرة منصور (2012)، ومقياس إدارة الصراع الزواجي إعداد الباحثة. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة سالبة بين الدرجة الكلية للعزو السببي وإدارة الصراع الزواجي لدى الزوجات على حين لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية لدى الأزواج. وتنبأت الدرجة الكلية لكل من الكفاءة الاجتماعية والحب بإدارة الصراع الزواجى لدى الأزواج. كما كشفت النتائج عن قدرة النموذج المكون من الدرجة الكلية للحب والدرجة الكلية للكفاءة الاجتماعية معًا على التنبؤ بإدارة الصراع الزواجي لدى الزوجات. واستحوذ بُعد الحميمية على الدور التنبؤي الأول والدال بإدارة الصراع الزواجي لدى الأزواج على حين استحوذ بُعد الحرص على استمرار العلاقة على الدور التنبؤي الأول بإدارة الصراع الزواجي لدى الزوجات; The current study aimed to explore the role of causal attribution, social efficiency, and love in managing marital conflict among newlyweds. A sample consisted of 262 participants (131 husbands and 131 wives) aged between (25-45) years, with marriage durations ranging from 1 to 5 years. They represent different levels of education. Four measurement tools were administered to the participants: Causal Attribution Scale, developed by the researcher, social efficiency Scale, developed by the researcher, Love Scale by Robert Sternberg (1997), translated by Nasra Mansour (2012), and Marital Conflict Management Scale, developed by the researcher. Results revealed a significant negative correlation between total score of causal attribution and marital conflict management among wives, while no correlation was observed among husbands. Furthermore, total scores of both social efficiency and love were found to predict marital conflict management for both husbands and wives. Findings also demonstrated the ability of a combined model of total social efficiency and total love scores to predict marital conflict management among husbands. Similarly, the combined model of total love and total social efficiency scores was found to predict marital conflict management among wives. The intimacy dimension emerged as the most significant predictor of marital conflict management among husbands, whereas the commitment was the strongest predictor of conflict management strategies among wives
