تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي من خلال تحليل منهجيات تطبيقها وكيفية مساهمتها في تعزيز الإنتاجية وتحسين جودة المنتجات والخدمات. كما تبرز أهمية تبني هذا النظام لتمكين المؤسسات من التكيف مع متطلبات السوق وتحقيق رضا العملاء والعاملين.تم اختيار إحدي شركات الرخام بمصر كحالة تطبيقية لدراسة تحديات وفرص تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة والتركيز على تأثيرها في تحسين العمليات الداخلية وزيادة كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من العاملين في المصنع وتحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي، حيث ساهمت هذه الإدارة في تفسير %58.8% من التغيرات في مستوى تحسين الأداء.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة من خلال تخصيص الموارد وتقديم الدعم اللازم. كما توصي بإعداد برامج تدريبية دورية لتعريف الموظفين بمفاهيم وأدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء فرق عمل لتحسين الأداء المستمر وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الجماعي لضمان تحسين العمليات وتحقيق نتائج إيجابية مستدامة. This study aims to explore the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving institutional performance by analyzing the methodologies of its application and how it contributes to enhancing productivity and improving the quality of products and services, It also highlights the importance of adopting this system to enable organizations to adapt to market demands and achieve customer and employee satisfaction.A marble company in Egypt was selected as a case study to examine the challenges and opportunities of implementing TOM, with a focus on its impact on improving internal processes and increasing institutional performance efficiency. The study employed a descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire tool to collect data from factory workers and analyzing the results using statistical analysis software (SPSS).The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of TQM and the improvement of institutional performance, with TQM accounting for 58.8% of the variations in performance improvement levels.The study concluded with several recommendations, including the need to apply the principles of TOM by allocating resources and providing necessary support. It also recommends the establishment of periodic training programs to familiarize employees with the concepts and tools of TQM, as well as the creation of work teams to promote continuous performance improvement and enhance a culture of teamwork to ensure process improvement and achieve sustainable. positive outcomes.
