دراسة حالة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين Case study united states and china ،رامي السيد وهيبي creator إعداد. نورهان السيد الشيخ مشرف أطروحة. text theses ua 2025 monographic eng ara ara 158 صفحة : إيضاحيات ؛ 25 سم. + CD. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل دور القوة الناعمة في السياسات الخارجية للدول في ظل التطورات الحديثة التي يشهدها النظام الدولي، ويركز الباحث على أهمية تعظيم مكانة القوة الناعمة مقارنة بالقوة الصلبة، بالنظر إلى التحديات التي قد تترتب على استخدام القوة الصلبة من خسائر سياسية واقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى تعرض الدول للعقوبات والمسؤولية الدولية، كما تسعى الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير المنافسات الجيوسياسية بين القوى الكبرى، مثل الصراع بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين، على تشكيل السياسة الخارجية للدول، واستخدام القوة الناعمة كأداة فعالة لتحسين العلاقات الدولية وتعزيز النفوذ بدون اللجوء إلى استخدام القوة العسكرية، وفي ذات الوقت لا تغفل الرسالة عن دور القوة الصلبة في السياسة الخارجية، مشيرة إلى استمرار وجودها في الساحة الدولية رغم التوجه الكبير نحو القوة الناعمة، ومن خلال ذلك تسعى الدراسة للإجابة عن تساؤل جوهري يتعلق بكيفية تأثير القوة الناعمة على السياسات الخارجية للدول في الوقت الراهن. This study aims to define soft power through analyzing its concept, origins, and differences from hard power, while exploring the reasons that led states to shift towards soft power. It also seeks to examine its effective role in foreign policy and reduce the need for using hard power, which often comes with political and economic losses. Furthermore, the study provides an analytical perspective that contributes to understanding the effectiveness of soft power in the foreign policies of states, particularly in the Egyptian context. The study relied on the case study methodology, focusing on the American and Chinese models and how these two countries engage with soft power to enhance their foreign policy capabilities.The study concluded with several key findings, the most significant of which is that U.S. soft power has focused on strengthening the United States' participation in international institutions and leading global coalitions to achieve interests such as combating extremism and preventing the spread of nuclear weapons. This contributes to the reintegration of the U.S. into the international system.
