في ظل تصاعد الجرائم ضد المرأة، وتزايد الاعتراف بأهمية دورها المجتمعي، ومع ملاحظة قصور المعالجات الإعلامية التقليدية، وندرة الدراسات المتخصصة في التناول الاستقصائي لقضاياها، تتمثل المشكلة البحثية في رصد وتحليل أطر المعالجة الاستقصائية لقضايا المرأة المصرية في المواقع الإلكترونية، بالتطبيق على مواقع (اليوم السابع، المصري اليوم، أريج)، في ضوء نظريتي الأطر الإعلامية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية.وتنتمي هذه الدراسة من حيث طبيعة البيانات إلى الدراسات الكمية الكيفية، ومن حيث الهدف إلى الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واستخدمت منهج المسح التحليلي وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، ومزجت بين أداة تحليل المضمون الكمي وتحليل الخطاب الكيفي لعينة قوامها ٨٤ مادة استقصائية (تشمل ٣٨ تحقيقًا مكتوبًا، ٢٢ تقريرًا، ٢٠ ملفًا، و٣ تحقيقات تلفزيونية) منشورة في مواقع "اليوم السابع" (٣٠ مادة)، و"المصري اليوم" (٢٥ مادة)، و"أريج" (٢٩ مادة) خلال الفترة من مارس ٢٠١٤م إلى ديسمبر ٢٠٢٤م، كما استُخدمت المقابلات المتعمقة الكيفية مع صحفيين استقصائيين (بمواقع الدراسة وغيرها) لتحديد تحديات التناول الاستقصائي لقضايا المرأة ومقترحات تطويرها. وتوصلت الدراسة التحليلية إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: أن ذروة الإنتاج كانت في عامي 2016م و2024م مع تراجع في معدلات النشر خلال عامي ٢٠٢٢م و٢٠٢٣م، وقد تركز الاهتمام على القضايا الاجتماعية والصحية والقانونية، مقابل اهتمام أقل بالقضايا الأخلاقية والتعليمية والرياضية، وتنوعت الأطروحات الرئيسية المتناولة، وأبرزها العنف الجنسي، والاستغلال المادي، وانتهاك الحقوق الأسرية، والابتزاز الإلكتروني، مقابل تراجع تناول أطروحتي تهميش الرياضيات وقتل النساء باسم الشرف، وهيمن الإطاران القانوني والعلمي المنطقي، مقابل تراجع كل من الإطار الدعائي التعبوي والإطار الديني والإطار التاريخي، مع توظيف بارز لإطار الاهتمامات الإنسانية ثم إطار إسناد المسؤولية، يليهما إطار الفقر وإطار النتائج، بينما جاء كل من إطار الصراع وإطار لإستراتيجية بدرجة أقل، كما كشفت الدراسة عن أن أهالي الضحايا والمتهمين والضحايا أنفسهم على الترتيب هم القوى الفاعلة الرئيسية في تشكيل خطاب هذه الموضوعات، مع دور أقل للمؤسسات الحكومية وغير الرسمية.وتوصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: أن الصحافة الاستقصائية فضحت انتهاكات جسيمة مسكوت عنها ضد المرأة المصرية وتسعى لطرح حلول لها، لكنها تعاني إهمالًا مؤسسيًّا (تفكيك وحدات ورفض مقترحات)، وتواجه تحديات متعددة (سياسية، مهنية، اقتصادية، شخصية)، كما أظهرت اعتماد الصحفيين الاستقصائيين بكثافة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي للتواصل مع المصادر والترويج، مع استخدام محدود للذكاء الاصطناعي، وتشمل مقترحات الصحفيين الاستقصائيين للنهوض بها تفعيل الوصول للمعلومات، وتعزيز الاستقلالية التحريرية، وتخصيص ميزانيات مستدامة. In view of the escalation of crimes against women, the Increasing recognition of the Importance of their societal role, while noting the inadequacy of traditional media treatments, and the scarcity of specialized studies in investigative handling of there issues, the research problem is to monitor and analyse the frameworks for Investigative treatment of Egyptian women's Issues on websites, applying to websites (Al Youm7, Al Masry Al Youm and ARIJ), in light of the theory of media frameworks and social responsibility.In terms of the nature of the data, this study belongs to quantitative and qualitative studies, and in terms of the goal, descriptive and analytical studies, the analytical survey method and the comparative method were used, It combined a quantitative content analysis tool with qualitative discourse analysis for a sample of 84 survey materials. (includes 38 written investigations, 22 reports, 20 files and 3 television investigations) Published at the sites of the " Al Youm7" (30 articles), "Al Masry Al Youm " (25 items), "ARIJ" (29 items) from March 2014 to December 2024, and in-depth interviews with investigative journalists were also used (study sites and others) to identify the challenges of investigative handling of women's issues and proposals for their development.The analytical study found several findings, most notably: that the peak of production was in 2016 and 2024 with declines in publishing rates during 2022 and 2023. Focus on social, health and legal issues, as opposed to less attention to ethical, educational and sports issues, the diversity of the main theses dealt with, most notably sexual violence, material exploitation and violation of family rights and e-blackmail, versus the decline of my thesis marginalizing Female athletes and killing women in the name of honour, The logical legal and scientific frameworks dominated, as opposed to the decline of both the tactical propaganda framework, the religious framework and the historical framework, With a prominent recruitment of the Humanitarian Concerns Framework and then the Responsibility Framework poverty framework and results framework, while the conflict framework and the strategy framework came with less, The study also revealed that the victims' families, defendants and victims themselves, respectively, are the main actors in shaping the discourse on these topics, with fewer roles for governmental and informal institutions. The field study found several findings, most notably: that the Investigative press exposed grave and silent violations against Egyptian women and sought solutions, but suffered institutional neglect. (dismantling units and rejecting proposals) and face multiple challenges (political, professional, economic, personal) and demonstrated the heavy reliance of investigative journalists on social media platforms to communicate with sources and promote, with limited use of artificial intelligence, and the suggestions of investigative journalists to promote them include enhancing access to information, enhancing editorial autonomy and allocating sustainable budgets.
