Leveraging of arab cultural institutions of digital public relations to enhance their relationship with the audience / 2025. 316 ورقة : إيضاحيات ؛ 30 سم. + CD. text rda content Unmediated rdamedia volume rdacarrier أطروحة (دكتوراه)-جامعة القاهرة، 2025. ببليوجرافيا: صفحات 280-291. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الأنشطة الاتصالية الرقمية التى تقدمها المؤسسات الثقافية -عينة الدراسة- في تعزيز علاقتها مع الجمهور من خلال رصد وتحليل كيفية توظيف تلك المؤسسات للعلاقات العامة الرقمية، ممثلة فى منصاتها الإلكترونية ، ودورها فى تعزيز العلاقات الحوارية مع جماهيرها عن بعد، وتقييم مدى قدرة تلك المنصات على توفير البيئة الافتراضية الملائمة لتفعيل التوجه، وكذلك التعرف على اتجاهات الجمهور نحو توافر عناصر الاتصال الحواري بمنصات المؤسسة الثقافية، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدركات الجمهور حول قدرة تلك المؤسسات الثقافية - عينة الدراسة - على إدارة علاقات تفاعلية معهم عبر الإنترنت وأهدافها وصولًا إلى إجراء مقارنة بين الممارسات الاتصالية الرقمية للمؤسسات الثقافية محل الدراسة ومدى كفاءتها.وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نوع الدراسات الوصفية وأعتمدت هذه الدراسة على استخدام المنهج المسحى بشقيه الميدانى والتحليلى حيث استهدف (الشق التحليلى) تحليل المواقع الالكترونية والصفحات الرسمية (الفيس بوك – إكس) للمؤسسات الثقافية -عينة الدراسة- باستخدام مؤشرات نظرية الاتصال الحوارى والتى تتوافق مع أبعاد هذه الدراسة، بينما (الشق الميدانى) يستهدف قياس انعكاس الأداء الاتصالى الحوارى للعلاقات العامة الرقمية بالمؤسسات الثقافية -عينة الدراسة- على جماهير تلك المؤسسات، حيث قام الباحث بتطبيق الدراسة على عينة عمدية متاحة Purposive Sampling قوامها 450 مفردة من جماهير المؤسسات الثقافية عينة الدراسة بواقع 150 مفردة لكل مؤسسة ثقافية.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها ارتفاع نسبة اعتماد المبحوثين - عينة الدراسة - على (الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي) للمؤسسات الثقافية عينة الدراسة في متابعة المحتوى الرقمي المنشور، وأوضحت النتائج أن (مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي) في مقدمة درجة التأثير الذي أحدثته الوسائل الاتصالية في تعزيز العلاقة مع المؤسسات الثقافية يليه (الموقع الإلكتروني) وكشفت النتائج بأن المنشورات والتغريدات (فيس بوك – إكس) جاءت في مقدمة درجة متابعة الأنشطة الاتصالية التي تقدمها المؤسسات الثقافية – عينة الدراسة -عبر منصاتها الإلكترونية، كما جاء في مقدمة أهداف المبحوثين من تصفحهم للمواقع الإلكترونية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي بالمؤسسات الثقافية – عينة الدراسة (التعرف على جدول وأجندة الأنشطة والفعاليات) كما كشقت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية للمواقع الإلكترونية للمؤسسات الثقافية عينة الدراسة عن التزام موقع هيئة دبي للثقافة والفنون بالمبدأ الأول والثاني من نظرية الاتصال الحواري عبر الانترنت ، في حين أن موقع مكتبة الإسكندرية ومركز الملك عبد العزيز العالمي اتفقا من حيث الالتزام بالمبدأ الثاني والثالث من النظرية.وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية للصفحات الرسمية (الفيس بوك – أكس) بأن صفحات مكتبة الأسكندرية كانت أكثر التزامًا بالمبدأ الأول والثاني والرابع على الترتيب لنظرية " الاتصال الحواري عبر الإنترنت" في حين أن صفحات مركز الملك عبد العزيز الثقافي العالمي كانت أكثر التزامًا بالمبدأ الأول والثاني والرابع على الترتيب لنظرية الاتصال الحواري عبر الإنترنت" في حين أن صفحات هيئة دبي للثقافة والفنون كانت أكثر التزامًا بالمبدأ الأول والرابع والخامس على الترتيب لنظرية "الاتصال الحواري عبر الإنترنت" The study aimed to identify the extent to which digital communication activities provided by cultural institutions contribute to strengthening their relationship with the Audiences by monitoring and analyzing how these institutions utlise digital public relations, represented in their electronic platforms, and their role in strengthening dialogical relations with their audiences remotely, and evaluating the extent to which these platforms are able to provide the appropriate virtual environment to activate the trend, as well as identifying the public's trends towards the availability of dialogical communication elements on the cultural institution's platforms, in addition to identifying the public's perceptions of the ability of these cultural institutions - the study sample - to manage interactive relationships with them via the Internet and their objectives, leading to a comparison between the digital communication practices of the cultural institutions under study and their efficiency. This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies and relied on the use of the survey method with its field and analytical aspects, as the (analytical aspect) aimed to analyze the websites and official pages (Facebook - X) of cultural institutions - the study sample - using indicators of the theory of dialogic communication that are consistent with the dimensions of this study, while the (field aspect) aims to measure the reflection of the dialogic communication performance of digital public relations in cultural institutions - the study sample - on the audiences of those institutions, as the researcher applied the study to an available intentional sample (Purposive Sampling) consisting of 450 individuals from the audiences of cultural institutions (the study sample), with 150 individuals for each cultural institution. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the high percentage of respondents’ reliance - the study sample - on the (official website) of the cultural institutions in the study sample in following up on published digital content. The results showed that (social media sites) were at the forefront of the degree of influence that communication media had in strengthening the relationship with cultural institutions, followed by (the website). The results revealed that (posts and tweets (Facebook - X) came at the forefront of the degree of following up on communication activities provided by cultural institutions - the study sample - through their electronic platforms. It also came at the forefront of the respondents’ goals from browsing the websites and social media platforms of cultural institutions - the study sample (to learn about the schedule and agenda of activities and events).
