N2  - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الرحمة بالذات كمتغير مُعدل في العلاقة بين صعوبات تنظيم الانفعال والاحتراق النفسي لدى العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٨١) فردًا من العاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية، منهم (59) طبيبًا نفسيًا و(222) أخصائيًا نفسيًا إكلينيكيًا يعملون في المستشفيات النفسية العامة والخاصة والعيادات النفسية الخاصة. استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الرحمة بالذات لنيف (Neff, 2003) تعريب الباحثة، ومقياس صعوبات تنظيم الانفعال الذي أعدته الباحثة استنادًا إلى نموذج (Gratz & Roemer, 2004)، وأيضًا مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي (Maslach, et al., 1981) تعريب الباحثة. وأظهرت النتائج أن الرحمة بالذات تلعب دورًا معدلًا في العلاقة بين صعوبات تنظيم الانفعال والاحتراق النفسي; The study aims to reveal the role of self-compassion as a moderator in the relationship between difficulties in emotion regulation and burnout among mental health professionals. The study sample consisted of 281 individuals working in the field of mental health, including 59 psychiatrists and 222 clinical psychologists working in public and private psychiatric hospitals and private psychiatric clinics. The researcher used the Self-Compassion Scale (Neff, 2003) translated by the researcher, and the Emotion Regulation Difficulties Scale prepared by the researcher based on the model (Gratz & Roemer, 2004), in addition to the Maslach Burnout Scale (Maslach, et al., 1981) translated by the researcher. The results indicate a positive correlation between emotion regulation difficulties and burnout. Finally, the results show that self-compassion plays a moderating role in the relationship between emotion regulation difficulties and burnout
