The increased prevalence of diabetes mellitus become a public health problem. Although un-controlled diabetes has shown to interfere with various aspects of healing processes, but the results of several studies indicate that a high success rate achievable when dental implants are placed in controlled diabetic patients, however, the selection of the surgical technique by which the implants will be installed has to be evaluated
