<br/><br/> This investigation was carried Central Laboratory for Research and Development of Date palm To study the effect propagated In vitro from shoot tip at shooting and rooting stage and at acclimatization stage also to study the effect of salinity on cvZaghlool plantlets (produced by tissue culture) after 2 years from the acclimatization stage , offshoots , and Arecastrum romanzoffianum , Increasing the levels of salinity decreased the shootlets length cm / shootlet , leaves number / shootlet at shooting stage and shootlets length cm , leaves number / plantlet , root number , root length / plantlet at rooting stage and survival percentage of acclimatization
